The rooms are clean and in a great shape. The hotel is perfectly located just a few blocks from Plaza de Armas and other major attractions.

The hotel has a weird policy. They only guarantee your reservation until 6 pm. After that, they may give your room to someone else, even if you put your credit card info on Booking when you reserved. They require a direct payment to guarantee your reservation if you plan to arrive after 6pm. This was very inconvenient for me because I was on a tour with limited internet and they kept trying to reach out to me to confirm whether I would go and sent me a link to pay a portion of the reservation, even though I told them repeatedly I will be there by 6.30 pm. Frankly, the policy is a pain in the butt and absurd. But the hotel is good for the money. Be aware and plan accordingly!

The location is perfect for sightseeing and the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. They would message us through WhatsApp to inform us ahead of time of their parking situation which was tricky but we were able to find the underground parking. The rooms were clean and well taken care of.

The beds were really hard but other than that our experience with them was great. Definitely come back and recommend to our friends.

Mesley (this is probably the wrong spelling) the desk manager was wonderful. She was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and bright.

The room could have had a small refrigeration, water, a coffee machine, and English channels on the TV. However, these are small points given the excellence of everything else.

Fantastic location, though it's on a walking street, so if taking an Uber, they can only drop you off as close as they can. Room was an excellent size, the decor is cute and the amenities and WIFI were excellent.

Shower had some mildew due to a poor design and the bedding and windows in the room could have been a touch cleaner.

Excellent location, excellent bed, excellent shower, excellent WiFi. That's all I wanted, and all the hotel provided. There's no restaurant but room service is available.

It was difficult to find, as the entrance is hidden round a corner, so directions could be better.

Great hotel, had a little set back with the shower at my parents room, but it was fixed promptly on the first day. Everything was super clean always, great place to stay with the family. My kids loved it, super quiet and good spaced rooms, A/C and big screen tv.

Staff refused to put something away for me in the fridge. I didn’t realize it was in a pedestrian area, so you need to walk a distance when you get dropped off/ or hopping onto a taxi

Central to the must see parts of Guadalajara. Clean, comfortable and well priced.

There was a very loud bar nearby which was going till 3am on a Sunday - could be disruptive to light sleepers. Not well protected against this noise

The great price, the cleanliness was exceptional, the location is good to many major sightseeing spots.

Since the hotel is located in the city center square with pedestrian only streets, the taxi could not reach to the front of taxi even though I arrived around midnight.

It was amazing just like the pictures very modern and small. The best part is that you walk out side and everything is at your fingertips. Dellegado theater has a great cafe if you don’t get to see the show there’s also Starbucks but the best is that you are ft away from amparitos lonches with the hr wait trust!!! The art museum is near by as well free on Tuesday closed Sunday Monday. At night the historical center comes alive with beautiful neon lights.
