If you're in you're early twenties trying to travel the world cheaply but still nice this is the spot to come. great prices for what I was looking for. Couldn't have had a better hotel was so close to literally everything. Best trip I've had in a while.

The cleaning was great but would have liked fresh sheets once in a while, especially for those who are here for multiple nights.

It being within walking distance to the cathedrals. The front desk staff and housekeeping were super friendly and helpful even though we spoke English and they spoke Spanish. All our requests were done timely. The room was large and they had a table with 2 chairs to be able to play cards. It was quiet except for the street noise which wasn’t too bad as I had a sound machine I ran.

The restaurant on the property took forever to make us our lunch and even though they advertise in the elevators all types of drinks and you could see the bottles of alcohol they could only make us a margarita, pina coloda, or tequila sunrise. One of the main reasons we booked was because they had a rooftop pool but you needed a key to get in and could only stay for 2 hours so we never used it. The street the hotel had a lot of homeless people and we didn’t feel comfortable walking after 8 pm.

Definitely has seen its better days and not perfectly cleaned. But it was nice enough. The hotel is close to the Cathedral etc but the area itself was a bit sketchy with homeless people. Wouldn't want to walk there at night! Even during daytime and with my (Mexican) boyfriend, it was a bit uncomfortable

I loved that we were able to check in our bags until the room was ready and after we checked out. They let us check in early when the first room was available. They were super nice and helpful. It was in a great location, walking distance to many of the attractions in the city center. I would definitely stay there again.

So closed to the shopping centers and historical plazas the showers are not so big nor the restroom but I was only there for 1 night everything was secured in my room as I shopped yes there is an air conditioning very clean cleaning lady cleans room after every stay there’s no bugs on the beds didn’t see any

I really like how the staff was very nice to inform you about your stay i only stayed for 1 night but over all loved our stay none of my person belongings were missing everything was great and secured I hope other people have the same experience if they do stay her also for a night

Lovely accomodation. The reception was really great, the value for money for the room was amazing, great water pressure with hot water, great selections of TV channels. Very pleased with this accomodation.

The street outside is a very busy street that can get loud. The only thing I could say is the pool was very very cold. Couldn't swim in it.

room was cozy and the employees were very nice. the restaurant was very good and pricing was reasonable. the hotel was located closed to a lot of areas that i like to visit

The room was spacious. Staff was super nice. Had a beautiful area to hang out at the rooftop.

There was cockroaches in my room. All around, the corners of the room, in the restroom, by the outlets. The walls looked like they never get wiped clean.

The staff was ALWAYS available to assist the guest ESPECIALLY the FRONT DESK. They were EXTREMELY helpful and AVAILABLE to me at ALL times. I am returning for another 10 days after I leave Puerto Vallarta and ALREADY planning next year's vacation stay. MORE than satisfied with the quality of the hotel and great experience. For some reason the drainage in the shower area was slow and water would overflow onto the bathroom floor.
