Large clean room with clean sheets and towels. The location is good, on a safe street and within a couple of blocks to the main square. Air conditioning worked well and is needed. We took the tequila tour from the hotel and it was excellent. He gives you a better rate than from other tour operators.

Wifi is okay in the hallway but not in our room. It wasn't busy so wasn't too noisy but the rooms all open up to an echo chamber courtyard so we could hear everyone as they walked to their rooms. The breakfast is the hotel was the worst we had in all of our 2 months in Mexico.

booking reservation says there is a balcony and socket next to the bed. I got only small window facing to the patio and socket only on a middle of the wall, so I had to put all my devices on a floor. the shower head is spraying the water all over the bathroom in general room needs a serious maintenance and cleaning.

I didn't eat there . The location was perfect for me ; except at night need to take extra precautions

Could use a few chairs and tables on the landing outside of rooms. More plugs, but this is an old colonial building and I understand.

- Location was fantastic, the room was what we needed, nothing over the moon but comfortable and clean. Great extended time for checkout so we did not have to rush to vacate the room - Loved the architecture and decoration of the hotel in general

It would have been nice to have a iron for our clothes as we had a concert/dinner that same night, as well as a secure location for our important stuff like our passports (e.g., a safety box perhaps?)

The location of the property is excellent if you like the historic center. The AC works great, even though they were having extremely high temperatures. And the staff was very friendly.

The hot water needed to be hot not luke warm. They tried to fix it. Also, when I asked for a quiet oom not on the street they should have told us they didn't have one instead of taking our booking

The location of the property is the best you can find. It is very very clean and the A/C works great for the Gdl heat.

I found the rooms very small but it’s ok for a few days but could be a inconvenience when staying longer.

The hotel was close to the Centro bus station and the cathedral and every kind of shopping! We loved the old Mexican boutique style of the Hotel! Staff was and helpful.
