The convenience of staying in the same place as the event. The mosaics outside the elevators. The well-stocked convenience store in the lobby.

The breakfast buffet could have been better for the price charged. No decaffeinated coffee available.

the front counter was very nice, polite and professional, the location of the hotel is very accessible to the downtown historic area, the breakfast was delicious and the food cart for hot dogs and burgers placed outside at night was delicious but they need to put more staff to take care of the high volume of customers, had to wait in line over 30 minutes to get my order.

there is no ice machine available on each floor. need more staff for the hot dog/burgers food cart outside. other than those two things everything else was awesome.

It is a great area with a lot of historical backgrounds

The police are crooks They stole money out of my wallet on a no charge. They me because they smelled something. Won't return.

Location

I was not too happy that there was no mattress cover only a thin sheet over the mattress. And no soap on my 2nd day.

The room was as expected, comfortable and good space.

They say that the breakfast was not included even when the reservation said it was.

Location is excelent, near downtown you can walk to Catedral and Degollado teather

Check in, there were a line of 7 people and only one cleark at front desk

Basic breakfast, Bit very strategic restaurant location on top of building - guest can view the town while having breakfast.

It was good to be same place than the congress I was attending, good location.

Cleaning could be more detail at the rooms.
