Very modern, clean and tidy. 24h security provided, very well needed on this location in the center of Guadalajara. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good and with different options.

The hotel is in the center of Guadalajara, this usually for cities is a big plus but for us it felt a bit dangerous (nothing to do with the hotel of course). Communication in English wasn't always easy with the stuff, as one would expect in a five star hotel.

Attentive, kind, courteous staff. Nice beds and close to the Cathedral and action. Nice view of the Cathedral. The front desk gal was so polite in helping us with this. I would definitely stay again.

Although the food was delicious in the restaurant, the service was incredibly slow. There were only 2 tables occupied and 3 servers; they talked to each other. It was uncomfortable having to get up and walk over to them and ask for service. Not a deal killer, the food was beyond delicious.

Breakfast- great food great service, lovely setting open air rooftop. Rooms are spacious, well appointed, great pillows, bedding and comfortable beds..Nespresso in the room, black out curtains and big TV

the rooms aren't soundproofed. You can hear the neighbours sneeze and cough and you can hear the TV, the walls and doors are not sound proof. Bring your earplugs. If you have honeymooners next door.....you will hear them

The room was very comfortable. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities. The a la carte breakfast was delicious. The staff were friendly and pleasant. The location was convenient for sightseeing. The interior of the hotel was quiet and peaceful, even though it was in a busy downtown area. The security was excellent.

Beautiful and modern boutique hotel well-located with exceptional staff. Very attentive staff in all areas of the hotel, nothing is too much trouble. Beautiful and high quality food in the restaurant with a good selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

The hotel staff were fantastic, so accommodating. We had them organize an excursion for us which we really enjoyed. Food (breakfasts and a dinner) was good and service was impeccable.

Room (std) was quite small although the bathroom is a good size. Noise transfers from the hallway to the room although it was not a huge problem (you knew when people were talking in the hallway).

It is located in the historic area so it was a good location. The staff was friendly and professional. We received a complimentary drink at checkin. Breakfast was also included. The rooms were large and modern with plenty of amenities. We also had treatments done at the spa.

Everything! Location right at the centre. Very welcoming staff, very clean and well designed rooms. Ambience also top notch. The restaurant in-house is well price and meals are really good.

Perfect location, modern/spacious rooms, devoted/doting service, lovely rooftop restaurant/bar with great breakfast, 24-hour security (but I felt very safe walking around Guadalajara Centro, fyi!). Thank you Ricardo! XOXO

Located close to city center. All of the employees were amazing and helpful! Abraham in the bar was especially kind and helpful during our stay!
