great location, accessible to many local bars and restaurants as well as local attractions. lot of great cafes in the area, great value for sure. property was clean and tidy, staff was very helpful and responsive, maintenance lady Silvia was very helpful and very nice.

great value, fantastic view from the terrace able to see the buildings in Centro, place was clean and tidy, close to all the local attractions and bars/restaurants. one of the local language exchange programs Guadalajara Connect took place few blocks away which was great for anyone that wants to do that.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. The location was convenient to nice restaurants and bars. Well-decorated and the apartment was a good value for the price.

The construction and noise at night.

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance (20min) to the cathedral, museums, central square and market. Also in the middle of a hip area with a wide variety of nice cafes & restaurants. Area was super safe and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. The staff was really friendly and helpful and super cooperative. The terrace was beautiful too.

The windows are single glazed so if you're a light sleeper like me, noise from the street can keep you awake. That's why I would recommend getting one of the lofts at the back and away from the street. The one I got had a few windows, but only one window I can open. So ventilation was a bit poor especially on hot days. That being said, it does have an advantage of less noise coming into the room. The spiral stairs and loft style is aesthetically pleasing, but can be a bit annoying if your walking down to the toilet in the middle of the night. These are some minor details only.

The location of the property was exceptional. central to the historic part of town and fairly safe. There are a few bars in the area that where quite lovely.

What I didn’t appreciate about the property was the blatant dishonesty from their administrative team/“front desk team”. The property boasts AC- they however only provided a broken/none functioning swamp cooler as opposed to a portable AC or central AC. The property also advertises a washing machine in suite- however there is no such thing. there is a washer on site that is not available for use to guests. However, one is charged an additional fee (150 pesos in cash on site) per load of wash. Also, there is no service (cleaning service) that is included - turn down service/daily room cleanings are all at additional charges (in cash on site). While these things are not deal breakers it was the blatant disregard for transparency that leaves a bitter taste

Very spacious with two stories and a deck. Clean and cheerful design.

Would have loved a couple more essentials, such as a water boiler and working stove.
