Cooking utensils, two bathrooms, spacious apartment. Good quality washing machine and dryer 👌. Easy rubbish disposal unlike the neighbouring houses.

No kettle. Terribly disappointed 😞. I had to boil the water in a saucepan. The coffee machine jug was broken, what I didn't notice at first, and when I set a coffee, hot water spilled all around the counter. The lamp was hanging bent to one side. Nothing to place in or hang on your clothes. The code to the apartment was sent at the last moment in the evening. For guests from Europe who might not have their Internet data active in Mexico, this would be quite a problem. The code to the building itself might have been given earlier with instructions how to join to the WiFi - I was unable to reach my email with the code. So I asked someone for hotspot.

Good location, nice place with ample space for 4 people. Pretty well equipped place and nice decor.

The registration process post booking and then check in process could have been a lot smoother. Check in instructions were never sent to us even after completing all of the registration requirements. We arrived at the airport and started making our way to the apartment even without having the door code. We had to follow up with a message to the host for the check in instructions and didn't receive them until about 45 minutes before we got to the place.

Spacious apartment and equipped with a kitchen that has a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and oven. Very convenient if you need to prepare quick food. It was very comfy and clean. The location was great, 15 to 30 minutes walking to the center and main attractions. The check in and out was digitalized and smooth.

The wifi was terrible and it almost didn’t work during the full 4 days stay, it connects and disconnects at the same moment, regardless that they gave me different usernames/passwords but non of them worked at all, it affected me negatively as I had to work, so i had to purchase an expensive data bucket 100+ usd to use it and do my work. The water tab in the bathroom was not working properly and the sink was clogged. It didn’t have a kettle to prepare a tea.

I liked the design of the department. One of the rooms has its own bathroom and it is confortable in general

The electronic access is useful for when you arrive late the first day but can be a little risky (one of the guests of the building couldn’t get in until the next day for what we saw a few days when we arrived). The entrance/exit for the parking was controlled by an app and it’s ok but sometimes when trying to get out takes a while to get reception since you’re still underground

I love the living room and terrace on top. It was even more comfortable than the other unit we stayed in. Great couch and table to eat and work.

The washing machine was not working well.

Ultra modern stylish loft with lots of room. Nice terraces everywhere. Comfortable beds and hot water! The most comfortable stay in my 3 weeks stay in Mexico! We ran into some issues and they were addressed promptly! Great communication with owners! Would return if I ever come back.

More lighting would be nice in bedroom and bathroom. Elevator was on maintenance for a day. Construction during the day, but it's Mexico, it's either construction or loud music wherever I stayed, even in jungles of Chiapas no total tranquility.

The flat was nice and big, has air con, kitchen was a good size, the face recognition entry system was novel! Had to down load app and up load a facepic before arrival

No early or late check out was available. Also it was all automatic, there was no storage space to leave bags after check out, which was annoying, lack of customer service

The apts are spacious and modernly styled. The bedrooms and bathrooms were located down below and were perfect for sleeping because there was no sunlight. There was a mid-sized gym and a cozy workspace area up top. We only saw one person during our stay here.

The area is not so close to the main Chapultepec area. Not a lot to see around the area. The door QR Code may be a bit confusing at first.

Very friendly and attentive. Overall experience was very good!

I always thought there wasn’t enough towels since they clean once a week. Wish I had at least one more…

Very helpful and responsive service, very clean, comfortable beds, within easy wslking distance of great food and public transport. Washing machine and dryer was really useful too. Gym was great too. Lovely morning sun thru big window with views of gorgeous tree and city.

Just lacked a few minor things, eg teatowels, kettle. QR coded door was a bit tricky.
