It’s spacious, well located and the staff is friendly.

As a guest, you have to use a messaging app (Whatsap) to contact the hotel, for room service and general requests.

The staff was great, the facilities were awesome, the room was big and spacious. We got there at 6 am and they let us check in into our room early, that was really kind of them. The room was nice and dark to have a great night sleep and the bed was soft. We enjoyed our stay.

We were in the 13th floor and we could hear the club across the street. The shower head was intense. It would spray a lot of water.

I loved the service hospitality and all the suggestions and or accommodations from the staff! The location is perfect. You can get to Tlaquepaque in 30 to the town square in like 10 min! It’s perfect

The mosquitos! But I mean they are everywhere! So no biggie :)

The location is great Lot of access points and near of places like supermarkets restaurants and restaurants

They give me a room very old with old furniture not clean twice. Bathroom deposit broken with water leak and very old towels Every day I need to ask at the front desk for cleaning service The gifts at the Christmas tree were broken and not fixed bad image really the facilities were very very old and not clean

they had plenty availability of rooms, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Area is run down, restaurant expensive & mediocre food, dated and grungy rooms.

The building itself had seen better years, the rooms are falling apart, there is not investment in the property by owners. It used to be a great hotel, now is not unfortunately.

Room was pleasant. Very clean. Car parking was good. Hotel is clean.

Coffee was bad. Weak and cold. Did not like the location. Service in the restaurant was bad. No ice available at night…

Centric and rooms were spacious.

The facilities were old and were not properly maintained, for instance the sink in my room had no sink strainer and a previous guest left an unfinished soap bar and it was kept there. The hair dryer was broken, there was no remote for the TV, you had to leave your ID at front desk if you wanted a remote and finally walls are too thin and you could hear all the other rooms chattery and noise. Also there is a night club right next to the hotel and it was too loud. Pool water had a lot of trash and was unattended. Food and service at the restaurant was terrible and there were no activities inside the hotel.
