Stayed between June 26-30,'25.hotel is quiet, clean,comfortable.you need to turn in the key to the room in the mornings if you want it clean and also leave a $50 pesos deposit to get the remotes for the TV & ac.theres a convenience store (oxxo) and a pharmacy a few blocks away and 2 restaurants near by(never went to eat) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 fair price if you stay for a few days...

Simple straight to the point. Really clean and simple necessities

The are is pretty empty at night so just uber everywhere but during the day time you are really in good hands. Is at night when I recommend not go out as much. So uber to your location and wait inside till then.

Clean and comfortable room. It's a good option for the price. The staff is supportive and welcoming. I had to extend my stand 2 times and managed to do it without any problems.

Don't expect any usual hotel services: it's just a room with cleaning, nothing more. It was a bit weird to give the room key to janitors in the morning. You expect them to have their own keys. The hotel is located next to the Old Bus Station that is not a safe one after the sunset. It was also stated that there would be slippers, but the hotel doesn't provide them.

A very clean room. Friendly staff. The hotel was close to a bus station. Close to main cathedral - walking to there was 25 minutes. A very good taco place across the street for eats & it closes at 6PM. Park close by with some venders selling art work.

It is located in a dicey part of the city, I didn’t venture out after dark. No drinking water in room but I had my own.

We enjoyed the size of the bed and the size of the room and the size of the tv and it was clean. The staff outstanding! It was close to the bus station which we needed to take so like in all cities around the bus station can feel sketchy but we felt safe.

There were not enough electrical outlets and the towels were a bit worn.

The price is ad hoc and the facilities are ok, also the attention of the workers is very good. The hotel seems to be a bit old, but is very comfortable and the rooms were good, great size and huge bed.

The zone at night is a bit complicated, that's because the public illumination is kinda poor, and there's nothing around, no restaurants and stuff like that.

The room is very clean and the interior is newly renovated. There seems to be no staff member who speaks English, but they patiently listened my poor Spanish. There are convenience stores near the hotel. I would like to stay again!

The place is not far from the center (~20 minute walk) and there is a big park Agua Azul with a lot of places to check out only a 5 minute walk away. Agua Azul has some venues that only open on certain days but the gallery of local art of Jalisco is open every day, it’s free and very interesting. The room was big enough and the bed was big and not too hard. The water in the shower was hot enough sometimes we just had to wait for it to get hot. The cleaning lady was very nice and the room service was great.

we booked a room for three weeks but even after I called to confirm that we were on our way to Guadalajara the reception told us that we only had until 8 pm to check in otherwise the room could be rented to someone else. I found that to be very stressful since we were traveling by bus and weren’t sure about the exact time of our arrival. the hallway was quiet at night but every morning we could hear the cleaning lady talking to someone outside, they also had to ask us if we wanted them to clean every single day, which sometimes was very annoying especially when we wanted to sleep in but that was because they needed us to give them the key, which could be changed if the administration had different rules, I guess

great clean room including bathroom for a low price. it is also very quite. my stay was great. there id also a great parking area.

it is arround 20 minutes walk away from the historical area. The walk there for someone could be scary.
