Modern hotel in lovely Col Americana neighborhood. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast and lunch at hotel restaurant. Nice second floor sundeck and pool that was pleasantly warm during the cooler winter days and evenings. Room was serviced every day and very clean. Comfy bed and nice balcony. Loved the Nespresso coffee machine in the room! Easy walk to many restaurants in the area. 7-11 a couple minutes away for simple needs, drinks.

The only thing I could think of was a chair or small loveseat for the room. I used one one of the balcony chairs which was alright but a nice chair with a cushion would be appreciated! Otherwise the room was great.

Location is excellent!!!! great location, as well decor, beds and pillows are really comfy! overall is a good place to stay, near the US consulate and many other places; view is nice; cleanliness overall were good! has basement as parking lot. Byt definitely I'll recommend this place to stay in Guadalajara

Not really happy with the shower cleaning, was a little bit dirty on walls, but not that much! I could leave with that! and next day the shower was clean, but that was the firs impression. and could be kind of noisy. but besides that really really great!!!

The hotel was really nice and clean! We had no issues and the staff was friendly.

The internet didn’t work in our room and the safe and fridge didn’t either. We didn’t complain since we didn’t care too much about it but was something that can be improved.

This place is in a great location and it has everything you could need. You can walk to many coffee shops and the staff was very friendly.

The AC worked, but never really got the room cool enough.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant. They give you a voucher for breakfast at an Asian restaurant next door or a place that sells bowls. I didn’t like the options they had.

There is not a good way to unpack and keep your cloths. Absolutely no space to put non- hanged clothing!!!

I selected this hotel for the location, best for the errands I had to do, but I guess the best around the area, I was imprest for the quality and service

the wifi was spotty. business center is small, only two desks. the restaurant at the hotel is simple and has a small selection.
