The room was stylish,very clean and spacious. The bathroom again spacious, nice products and plenty of towels. The jacuzzi deep and hot water galore🙏🥂

My only real criticism is the advertised private pool is in fact a large jacuzzi in bathroom. It is large but not a pool! Had I known id have had a Presidential Suite as they have a private terrace. Ive stayed in Hotels with private pools that literally have water slides so i was expecting a pool😉 it is a great jacuzzi though! Also the bathroom is overlit very bright or near dark. Im being a little picky! The hotel is really nice. Really helpful and friendly staff.

great facility, excellent restaurant & food, wonderful attentive staff. Clean room and pool . Good location near many restaurants and other areas of the city.

Stay was wonderful. Unfortunately we had a room close to the restaurant, lobby, main entrance so quietness was not that quiet. We had a patio but it faced the parking lot and did not have chairs.

The design is very nice, the pool and outdoor areas was great 👍 , only some little issues with devices , and the check in was little complicated I still waiting for a refund the guy at desk charge me 2 times one on my deposit online and later on cash because he's terminal don't work The place is good just need take little more care on little details

One of the cleaning lady’s went through my wife’s purse, she didn’t take anything because she had Colombian money, maybe she didn’t recognize them, but all my wife stuff were misplaced, that was terrible situation, we were just at the pool 25 feet away. While this lady was doing the cleaning. Another thing that happened to us, after five days at the room, they booked our last night for someone else 😡

All the amenities were excellent. Great staff. Great breakfast. Gorgeous pool. Definitely will be back soon

The parking system was a bit tedious because we have to leave keys at the front desk and we have to ask for them any time we’re were to leave. Although it is understandable due to the small parking space available.

Breakfast was just some croissants and water. Food was very good and reasonably priced - at restaurant, pool, or room service. drinks were rather expensive. GREAT location, Bruno and Octo just 1 block away, SSAM nearby. Nice pool area, balcony on 2nd (1st floor in MX) overlooking pool was fun. Oxxo 1.5 blocks away. not too far from Centro, and close to Centro Magno (walking) and Gran Plaza (50-60 peso uber)

Drinks were pricey like 160 or 45 for cerveca, but Oxxo was nearby for drinks on the balcony.

Breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, The pool and jacuzzi were a great surprise, The hotel is very quiet and ideally located near the main points of interest. The team was very friendly and helpful during the stay.

The cleanliness could be better in the room. The steam room was not functioning properly during my stay.

Location is perfect nothing is far and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Hotel is nice, few rooms and good service. Rooms are spacious and ours had a nice balcony. Pool with heated water open until late night.

Only thing we didn’t like is the minisplit was making loud sounds in time to time waking us up. We told about it to the front desk girl, and we would stay again here for sure.

Comfortable bed, big pool great staff and kitchen service, great prices on food and bar.

Towels, sheets need to be changed daily, shower rain was blocked the shower handle was not working smooth, and there was no extractor, covered parking.

Everything looks just like the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel

They should provide more coffee, they only allowed me to have one pod of Nespresso for free. Not asking for unlimited Nespresso but a pot of free cheap coffee by the lobby would be nice.
