the location is good because there’s almost everything around there that i needed like restaurants, pharmacy ext,,

i honestly like everything the restaurant wasn’t open yet but like i said there’s was some around the área i would definitely stay there again also i like that the staff wil help with calling a taxi

This is one of our favorite picks in Guadalajara because of the convenient location close to Minerva and important avenues. It’s not in downtown, but it’s what we need as a checkpoint when we arrive from our work trips.

Nothing, service always deals with any issues.

Newly renovated, clean, comfortable beds, water dispensers on all floors. Black coffee available (no cream) in lobby.

Tv didn't work had to call and have a tech come up and fix it which took an hour. Internet didn't work, water pressure was very weak. Shower did not get very hot. No fridge in room

Beautiful room, the bed is huge!!!! And the place is really clean, nice and comfortable. Also, really close to restaurants and a short didi drive from important parts of the city. They had water refill in each floor that it's excellent!!!!

The water pressure and it took forever to heat up.

The standard was very good for the price. The room is very spacious, the design very updated, from the fixtures, bath design and appliances, storage. This is the type of hotel room that makes your stay more pleasant.

There was no mini fridge. And, it was away from the center. But that is s not necessarily bad.

The room was large beautiful and spacious and the safe came in handy.Also they have a pharmacy very close.

The 3rd shift receptionist is very rude and unwelcoming.

This place is a great value for a really large, comfortable clean room. And the showers and hot are are spot on.

Nothing negative to say about this spot.
