the physical location of the hotel is excellent at the intersection of a major artery for the city. easy access to mid-town, downtown and places like Tlaqueplaque and Tonala. smaller hotel. The remodelled rooms are excellent. the bed was extremely comfortable. furnishings are a good standard. Coffee maker and water daily. USA and MX TV stations good gym bathroom and amenities were good quality and great shower pressure the price was unbeatable on-site parking with an attendant was free all the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful

still remodelling going on (which we were aware of) elevator (only 1 working) was slow the temporary dining room was awful, no atmosphere, loud, bright....... not worth the effort. all the remodeled spaces are very nice so I'm sure when its finished it will be excellent

The Location is great, the food is good and the restaurant service as well is really good and what I liked is they close late! Many restaurants in other hotels close early and this close around 11pm so when we get late to the hotel we were able to still dinner or just a coffe!

We were in the 3rd floor and the hotel is under remodeling, the elevator did not work and guest had to use the service elevator or use the stairs. Rooms were ok but looked kinda of old although a friend of us was in the 8th floor and show us the brand-new remodeling rooms and those look great!

The rooms were very comfortable housekeeping service was very nice Gabby was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive. Salvador and Susanna we're great.

Located in a good central location. Property in safe and controlled Access. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was the best part of the stay.

Having to provide breakfast buffet tickets was a hassle because they are easily forgotten. It would be best if they have a different system such as having a sheet with all hotel guest information of who did/did not purchase the breakfast.

The hotel had a nice swimming pool which is surrounded by plants and gives a feeling of a green oasis. The newly renovated hotel rooms were amazing.

We first got a room that was not redone yet and that was very disappointing but we immediately got a newly refurbished room upon request.

Hotel under construction, we pay extra night to sleep when we arrive at 7 am, no mention from the desk, I was able to sleep for 1:1/2 no money back, breakfast was comp!

The bellboy was helpful

When I asked the Gerardo at the front desk he was not helpful and just didn’t care to help. Instead the bellboy was more helpful than him. If he doesn’t like his job he should get a new one. I was just inquiring about the adventures to do in Guadalajara. I also when I check in I asked him to add an extra night but he never did and the whole time I was on my adventure the front desk kept harassing my mom by calling her every 5min. I finally had to call the hotel while I was on my adventure. Even though I asked Gerardo to add my credit card on file when I checked in. I think that was frustrating more than anything.

The pool temperature was great, the breakfast was ok, the room in general was great .. the parking was great too... In other words that's why my family loves it and as soon as it continues that way.. I'll continue choosing.

Regarding the Hotel by itself: - The mattress seems that needs to be replaced soon. Apparently my family and I noticed the same, in some areas of it it feels uncomfortable in comparison with our previous visit. At least the 2 beds in our room were the same. Room 702. Regarding Booking.com - I received an email from you guys that says about 10% credit promotion for future reservations if I complete the reservation by July 26th and spend more that 60dlls(captures included with dates and codes), however after I submitted the order, the system no longer accepted the code as valid even it was ordered within the promotion deadline. Could you please help me that out ?? Thanks in advance.

The location of the hotel was great, the welcoming area was open and easy to access. Parking was available and free with extra underground parking and very clean. The room was a very good size, clean comfortable and the breakfast made our morning starts a breeze. After our long exploring days the pool was warm and very relaxing. The staff friendly and accommodating. Will definitely recommended and return to this location.

The location is great, very centric and easy access to the airport also the property was really well maintained. Loved the breakfast. Staff was great and everything was really clean. Slept like a baby :)
