The balcony was perfect to see the towers from the church I really liked it

Noise from the street in the rooms next to it. Loud music at night from nearby bars. Easy to hear noise from the corridor too.

We've stayed at this hotel several times and like the convenient location and cleanliness of the hotel. For short stays, this definitely meets our expectations.

Some of the reception was nice, their were a few females and males that had this pretentious attitude that was not welcoming at all

That the hotel was fixing water pipes and shut down or water with out notice , and while said pipes were being fixed out toilet began to over flow With water and excrement

Good location near Centro Zapopan

It felt a little too commercial - and the lobby was essentially the membership gym. Not a typical hotel/hospitality experience

It is close to many things. The only problem is that the city is an slow city or lazy. The restaurants and stands are opened prety late and they are closed about ten o clock.

I have been at this hotel two times and both, the bathroom leaks water everywhere. The scene becomes a messy one. This hotel needs to re-design the showers

It was close to night life and everywhere we had planned to go. Not to far from the train system either which made it super easy to get around the city.

No breakfast but they offer free coffee and tea along with snacks at all times.

The restaurant attached to the hotel has apparently been leased out to a chicken-wing chain, and doesn’t open until 1 p.m. There are no other restaurants in that entire “old town” part of Zapopan around the Basilica, so if you are on foot you will be out of luck finding any food.

the location is perfect everything u need is just couple blocks away so i can walk. service was great housekeepers are great help you in any way they can to clean ur room and whatever you need.

give access for more wifi if a family stays of 5 only 2 are able to use the wifi. which is not great.

the location is great staff is also great

the price range is litte bit too high
