The location, breakfast, and especially the cleaning staff were A+. The room was clean, and they left water bottles every day. Maid staff were friendly and did an excellent job. The breakfast staff were also friendly and attentive. It was next to a large shopping center and across the street from a Wal-Mart. The restaurant and Cafe right next to the hotel were both very good..

The towels were a little rough/thin, and we could have used another hand towel. The bed was too hard. I didn't sleep very well. There were only 2 pillows, but they brought us 2 more as soon as I asked, and it helped make up for the bed being so hard.

The breakfast is quite good, the room has a nice size and is very clean. On my second day I had problems with the TV and the came very fast and solved the problem. Because I had had surgery the personnel at the reception desk and in the breakfast area were absolutely helpful and kind.

I was recovering from surgery and had to sleep in a sitting position and the pillows were a little hard.

Location was good because it was walkable to the theatre that we travel for. It's not a touristic location, even the airport is very far. Facilities are decent, all are clean and beds are comfy.

They charged me whatever they wanted, and didn't respect the price I booked for. It wasn't the USD exchange rate that changed. For a work travel or business place, the rooms are missing a mini fridge. Even a Walmart is crossing the street but you don't get a fridge in your room.

Close to the concert venue I was headed to, the room was small but the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had wonderful hot water and overall it was very pleasant for the short stay.

The TV had an issue where the program watched was a small screen instead of full screen. The smell in the hall was a bit strong of cleaning solution and wasn't previously told how the elevator functioned but easily resolved. Shampoo is strong of mint so eyes beware.

I prefer to have a minibar in the room. Specifically, most of the customers are staying for long term or so The breakfast is good, but having the same every day is making you not able to eat anymore but still acceptable The walls isolation is the worst ever

Breakfast was delicious, the ladies that cook are very kind

I arrived earlier than 3 pm, there was space available but they charge extra to get in early. so we have to go and spend 4 hours roaming around to make the entrance time.

Worth the money if you are staying in the city for work. It has good wi fi, parking and the rooms are quiet. 24/7 reception and good location with restaurants cafes & pubs nearby

The room was good, beds were comfy and we didn't have any problems with noise. The breakfast was okay and the location was perfect for us. We stayed so we could go to a concert at Guanamor Studio, so we were 5 min away by car.

Breakfast could be better with a bit more variety.

Clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

You could hear everything in the next room pretty much every day/night. All rooms have a connecting room. Cigarette smoke seeped into our room one day and neighbors with loud music at 6 am kept us up.

We selected this facility for its proximity to the country club for a concert performance. It was ideal.

Just an ordinary place.
