When I'm visiting Lagos de Moreno, JAL, Hotel Victoria is my one stop, It's a cute boutique Hotel centered around a mature environment, extremely quiet, A HUGE PLUS, for those of us whom use our rooms as the portable office, I've always been afforded the opportunity to stay in Room #3, with a great view of the provincial Mexican Park and its Lye painted tree trunks, Hotel Victoria is a great respite from the daily grind of the Metropolis, walking distance from everything, its' a light 20 minute walk to the epicenter of Lagos De Moreno, JAL. Hotel Victoria will excede your expectations they have the CRUISE SHIP mind set that Yes is always the answer, the staff is a complete JOY, I highly recommend Hotel Victoria to the Business Traveler or the Mature Discerning Traveler who truly understands the benefits of a quiete tucked away locale to be able to reboot and get stuff done.

I HAD NO GRIPES WITH HOTEL VICTORIA THIS STAY. THERE WAS A FIESTA OUTSIDE IN THE PARK WHICH WAS A BIT LOUND UP UNTIL 10PM OTHER THAN THAT NO GRIPES THE PERFECT STAY.

Staff was very friendly. The buffet was excellent. The cook prepared different food ea day. The room, the shower and the internet was very good. The bed was very comfortable. Good area where the hotel is situated it is perfect, we were near the town, banks, restaurants, churches, parks etc.

The plumbing in the bathroom sink emitted an a very strong foul odor. We had to keep the bathroom door closed

The location was fantastic! Very quiet, adjacent to a lovely park and easily walkable to the historic center. The included Breakfast was incredible… lots of fruit and juice, choice of hot and cold entrees and even an omelette station.

All the rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator.

The hotel is modern and well maintained. The rooms and restrooms are spacious. The staff is welcoming and ready to accommodate you and your needs. I asked for suggestions many times and they were very helpful. We felt welcomed and at home during our stay.

Overall this place was amazing. Very clean friendly and close to many places to eat . I would stay here again .

We did a lot of activities that require walking . Coming back to the room to relax and rest ,mattress is very hard not able to sleep and rest .

It’s clean good location good restaurant is in the center of the town. I love the service. Whatever you need there there for you and there’s always clean there’s always somebody cleaning outside or inside I swear.

The other thing I didn’t like about the property is the phone service sometimes it goes down. I don’t know if the people are working on the towers nearby but other than that is amazing.

the location was perfect, the hotel is nice and confortable, our room was nice and clean. front desk people was super nice and helpful, we had a nice stay.

there is a construction going out in the street, closing the complete traffic, so we need to figure out our way to the parking lot of the hotel.

A great location, near the zocalo, with secure parking. Restaurant on the premises, with very helpful staff and a great breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful and engaging. They were super nice as well. The room was a bit small, but had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable as well.
