We liked that the hotel was very near Parque Metropolitano, where the hot air balloon festival was held. The hotel is also attached to a small mall, with IHOP, Starbucks and a few shops. That made it very convenient to have breakfasts. Just next to the mall is a series of taco stands, we loved Tacos Papis! Our room was very new, modern and spacious, with a big floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the street.

It felt very impersonal, the staff who checked us in were polite but weren't really warm or welcoming. Breakfast wasn't included. Parking also came at an extra cost (80 pesos per night).

The hotel location is fantastic. Close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Felt super safe and offered many amenities. Was a great deal too! Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this place to others. Thanks!

Beautiful hotel and facilities. Helpful friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay visiting relatives in the area.

Housekeeping did not come 2 days in a row. We had to request towels toilet paper and soap from front desk. They responded promptly.

The room was very modern and beautiful design. The rooftop was exceptional with beautiful views. The service and staff were excellent.

It was a little warm but we told the front desk and they sent someone to fix it.

First off the service was probably the best I have experienced. The rooms, the show was also amazing. Restaurant , room service and pool on the top
