Fairly new hotel only a few subway stops from both the zocalo (main square) and cathedral to the east and from the big park to the west. It was well maintained and the staff extra friendly and helpful, most speaking enough English. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choices (tea, coffee, cereal, fresh fruit, fruit juices, breads, eggs along with Mexican choices like refried beans and rice). Both the room and bathroom were spacious and the bed and pillows very firm with somewhat comfortable sheets. The a/c worked well. The hotel is an oasis in a somewhat gritty and unpolished yet safe neighborhood. There was a nice cafe a few doors down but otherwise nothing enticing in the area. The artisanal market is a few blocks away which was great for shopping.
The sheets weren't that soft and felt almost like paper towels. The rainfall shower was nice yet most of the holes were somewhat clogged so the water pressure was minimized. The neighborhood was quiet and "rough around the edges" so daily we had to walk 10-15 minutes north which gave plenty of restaurant and store options.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Shower very good and air on also good. Breakfast was reasonable. Most staff very polite and friendly. The location was also good and within walking distance to the heart of the old town and the Artesan market. It represented very good value for money
1) Exceptionally poor Internet in our room - almost non existent and on our first day the whole locality had zero Internet. Most days we struggled to get anything other than a feeble intermittent signal. 2) Guest noise and rowdiness! We were often disturbed at night by people talking loudly late at night and shouting. On our 4th night a large crowd arrived by coach - their behaviour was like football yobs - music, banging and shouting into early hours. Had to complain to the hotel. The next night - another smaller group woke us having a shouting match going on midnight - as the hotel failed to control the disturbance the previous night, I had the stress of dealing with these inconsiderate yobs myself.

I stayed at this hotel located in the historic center of CDMX and it truly exceeded my expectations. Despite the affordable price, the facilities are brand new and very well maintained. My room was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The breakfast was much better than expected. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for comfort, good service, and a central location without breaking the bank. Would definitely stay here again!
Although it's not very close to trendy neighborhoods like Colonia Roma, if you enjoy walking, it's about a 30 to 40-minute walk. That said, I would recommend using Uber for safety, especially at night.

The hotel is right in the city center, which makes it easy to get around. There is a municipal market nearby, as well as several restaurants and bars, and you can walk there. They help guests who want to take a tour of the city, making it much easier. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and they serve it until 11:00, which is great for those who wake up late on vacation.
There is no minibar in the rooms and they do not have an ice machine - I think it would be a great addition for the comfort of the guests.

Breakfast was nice - perfect if you like Mexican food Room was nicely decorated and practical. Room service was daily (changing towels included) and the room was quite clean and well tkaen care off. Minor issues with the shower were resolved immediately. Plenty of lighting options. Location is very good - just a 10' walk from Alameda Plaza. Not a fancy neigborhood, but we did not feel unsafe, at least from 07:00 to 21:30 that we walked from and to the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful - they gave excellent suggestions for dining.
Lack of refrigerator is an issue. It did not bother us during winter time, but I gues it can be important in the summer. No balcony or big window facing the street, but there is no view from the area either.

Central, yet peaceful location - short walk from Alameda Central, Palacio de Bellas Artes, the historic center, subway stations, bars and restaurants; but gets quiet at night. Everything was quite new and modern, the room was spacious and well equipped, even had a coffee machine (which doubled as a kettle). Drinking water fountains on every floor. Nice breakfast with a variety of hot & cold options on the included buffet, plus a la carte dishes at an extra charge. Attentive staff.
The room could have been cleaned a bit better before our arrival (though we did get a different one than initially planned, so this may be the reason). Only one half of the toaster in the breakfast room worked, so there was a bit of a wait at times.

Rooms are nice and clean. Location is good. But the best measure of a hotel is that when there was noise near my room the manager moved me to a quieter room.
No real gym equipment.

hotelroom very clean, proximity to Bellas Artes and Zócalo (main square) very good. Breakfast was very good, enough to start the day. room service is good, price is good.
- The location is okay if you want to stay a few days to explore the downtown sorroundings (Bellas Artes, Zócalo). After 18:00 when the downtown business/stores close, the area is a bit 'unsafe' to walk around as tourist because it gets kind of empty. Several taxi drivers and locals confirmed me this. So you can't walk around to go dinner somewhere. The is a good bar/small restaurant called Bósforo 4 blocks away. - Sports facilities (gym) not working, treadmill was broken as well as spinning bike.

The location is ideal for exploring various parts of the city. It is spotlessly clean; the room and communal areas are very comfortable and spacious. The TV provides access to Netflix etc. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. We borrowed the bikes and had a great day of cycling as well as using the small gym. Breakfast offers a good choice. We enjoyed the 24/7 coffee facility on the ground floor where you can also top up your water. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and charged very reasonable prices.

Modern clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing!! We looked forward to it everyday. We had to take a lot of Ubers which was very cheap but we thought it would be closer to more attractions it was a 10-15 minute walk to the more lively park with street food and the basillica. Not many English speaking staff but they did their very best to help us. Clean water available at all times.
The shower was freezing at certain times of the day and needing to wash little kids was a nightmare
