The location is good, the food and service at the restaurant is great. Good food for a family and it’s included for all registered guests. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Air conditioning works great.

Parking is small and I drive a large vehicle. But for small cars the parking is great. For large trucks like mine it was a bit hard to find good parking. But it’s safe parking well guarded and clean parking lot. Over all I give it a good review.

The Hotel Villa del Sol was amazing. Well run, super clean, friendly staff and a beautiful pool area. Highly recommend!!! I would like to give a commendation to Francisco, our waiter in the dining room. He was always super friendly, accommodating, and a wonderful waiter.

The distance from the Historic Centro area, but it was a short taxi or car ride away.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location is great for travelers. The parking area is secured at night. We were allowed to bring our dog. The grounds are nice. Check-in and check-out were easy.

Since we had the dog and couldn't leave her in the room, we had to take her to eat. We couldn't bring her into the restaurant and sat by the pool. That worked great for dinner, but we had a really hard time getting service for breakfast. They were busy and ignored us unless we complained several times.

the resrautant has linen tabl clothes which is nice, but only paper napkins. minor thing but a suggestion

Everything was great besides the AC being in one bedroom instead of living room and the TV aswell. Other then that we enjoyed our stay

The swimming pool was great , then the location also the breakfast was very basic !! Fake orange juice bad service !!

The beds were so hard as a rock they have the flinstones bed , the Ac mini split ,, smells bad it needs maintenance, the TV screen was pretty bad !! No hair dryer , no safe !!

big property and value for money

I didn’t pay attention while booking. thought this property is at Morelia city center but it was 20 minutes away on highway.. it is moreover a motel.. unfortunately our shower room was leaking so there was water in all bathroom..

Nice clean rooms,staff were awesome!!

The only problem it’s close to a busy main rd, and it’s noisy all day, and part of the night!!

Location is conveniently located. Rooms are cozy. The food is good at the on-site restaurant. The staff is great!

Great place with really good breakfast.

It had a group of teenagers in some type of leadership course that created a lot of noise and issues around the hotel.
