Staff are super friendly and there when you need them. The location is good. We only stayed one night and chose the hotel as it was one of only a few that allowed pets to stay. The hotel has a large garden where our dogs could run around. The room was fine but to be honest, we found the beds small. If we had stayed longer we would have asked for a bigger room.

The room and beds are small for a family of 4 with 2 small dogsl, they charge extra per pet, which I found a little cheeky considering the size of the room. We arrived late and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Ordered pizza. I wouldn't recommend it.

It was very nice the first night. Then a bus tour came the second day and were put in the rooms all around as and they stood in The hallways talking very loud. They were up early with little consideration for others around them. It would have been nice if we had been in a different area.

I think it’s good to keeps groups together but away from people travelling on there own. Where they are not on a time schedule.

Vintage (retro) property. Built in 30s of the 20th century. Showing all the vibe preserved from different eras of Mexico history... at least for the last 90 years. COOL and Majestic. Spacios rooms and facilities (built according to ancient standards ) that are not seen in more modern properties around the world. Just cool place place if you want to get a glimpse of what Mexico looked like around 100 years ago.... HIGHLY recommended!!!!

all good

bed was super comfortable, very dark for good sleeping, super quiet, gorgeous building, nice big parking and safe in behind big doors with a guy always there. supplied coffee and coffee maker was excellent, TV with one English movie channel was a bonus...lol...good access to combos, good location 2.3 km to centro

sadly there was one waiter who just had a hard time smiling or being friendly...food was ok...beers were expensive

The grounds are quite expansive and lovely...perfect for a morning or evening walk with or without your pup...every space within the hotel is sparkling clean...parking is easy...staff is very helpful and friendly

i was not impressed with my dinner at the restaurant, though the staff was very attentive and polite...also, i had a courtyard facing room and could hear people walking by as they chatted away in not discreet voices

Beautiful gardens with fruit trees. Beautiful architecture. Restaurant was nice and has the best sparkling lemonade that everyone should try. Brunch buffet had authentic purepecha foods that were delicious and fresh. They had live music that was excellent

Room could have been much cleaner. Window areas had thick dust and closet smelled of cat urine.

Beautiful colonial building and grounds. Room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the restaurant on site. Parking was available for free which was appreciated. Internet was suitable for our needs. Would stay again.

Was a bit far from the Historic District and we weren't able to figure out public transportation so we drove each time we went.
