Great, lively pool area with fun waterslides, daily activities and great food and drink service. Beach access with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Close proximity to a small mall and market for food and water.

The location is a little far from other places like downtown PV, so expect a 30-60 min taxi ride depending on time of day and traffic. However the resort is very relaxing and has plenty to do.

recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Village, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed. The highlight of the room, undoubtedly, was the enormous and incredibly comfortable bed. It felt like sleeping on a cloud, and I had some of the best nights' sleep I've ever had. The attention to detail in the room's decor and amenities was truly impressive. What truly sets Paradise Village apart, however, is the serene and peaceful atmosphere that envelops the entire property. The lush gardens and well-maintained grounds create a sense of tranquility that's hard to find elsewhere. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The staff at Paradise Village were consistently friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests, making me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was recommendations for local dining options or arranging transportation, their hospitality was top-notch. In summary, my stay at Paradise Village was nothing short of perfect. It's a beautiful haven with luxurious rooms, the comfiest bed you can imagine, and a staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. If you're looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway, I wholeheartedly recommend Paradise Village. It's a place where you can truly unwind and experience the epitome of hospitality. The location is the best feature this hotel has going for it. The resort is very nice, if a little dated.

The check-in process is long and tedious. The check-out process is also too long and complicated. Their reservation system is archaic at best.

Loved the pool, Jacuzzi, beach, bocci ball, shuffle board. The staff are helpful and friendly. The service is quick and efficient. The resort is near a plaza which is a mini grocery store and restaurants which is very convenient. Access to public transportation is just outside the resort.

Don’t like the room which I booked through Booking.com. I’m a member of the resort and so know the difference. The room is very outdated. Mini kitchen is so small. Hard to cook because the container to dry the plates, it and drinking glass and cups is on top of the stove. The bathroom is small, dark and musty. Toilet paper is so thin and rough. It’s like wiping a sandpaper on your butt. Didn’t request to clean the room but they did and did not replace any of the towels.

The property is always clean and the staff is friendly. We appreciated that the 2 bedroom suite had 2 double beds and one king size bed (we were 6 and therefore no one had to sleep on the sofa bed, everyone had a bed in the Coba building.) In the main building the 2 bedroom suite has one double bed, one king size bed and a sofa bed so for 6 people we need to use the sofa bed.) Also: I love the palapas on the beach!

The drinks from the snack bar on the beach are clearly watered down. We noticed they were weak in 2023, but in 2024 the change was noticeable, there is barely any taste of alcohol at all.

The beach was fantastic and kept very clean, and the food service near the beach was exceptionally good. The room (apartment for 6; incl. a 1-year and 3-year old) was nice, kept very clean, and very quiet. The pool was beautiful and kept very clean. The food was terrific. Staff was all very friendly. All very positive. Worth coming back!

Internet connectivity and availability was not always the greatest (but not bad either). Checking in took a long time and felt not very efficient. Some of the music at the pool was quite loud for families with small kids. We had an all-inclusive deal and would have preferred a set-up where a reasonable amount of tips would have been included in the deal to prevent having to think with each order what to do with the tip and not knowing where it would end up at the end of the stay.

The property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. There are three pools to choose from, a pool with water slides and activities going on, another pool that is for people that want to enjoy the pool without the noise and activity, and a third pool that is a lap pool. The rooms have a kitchen and there is a store at the mall next door in case you would prefer to eat in. You can walk along the beach for miles. There is a convenient taxi stand and a car rental place if you would like to explore off the property.

We don’t like having to wear a plastic wrist band. We like the fact that the floors in the room and hallways are tile because it is easier to see if they are clean but it can get pretty noisy when people are coming and going in the hall and you are trying to sleep. You are supposed to be responsible for cleaning the dishes in the room yet dish soap was not provided.

Construction going on(upgrading),mattresses and pillows on beds weren’ comfortable and need upgrading ,had to pay to use gym,hotel geared as vacation club(I guess I missed this when booking)….I did enjoy my stay and would go back again

My daughter accidentally left one of her most precious items behind..we found out we ended up leaving a whole lot more after trying to get our kiddos out the door to not miss our flight!! They returned EVERYTHING back to us and we are entirely grateful for this gesture and prompt response!! That item she’s had since she was a baby and she’s now 8 years old..💕

Great facilities and location with a shopping mall within a 2 minute walk. There's a lot of available sun beds at the beach.

Access to the gym is paid separately (around EUR 10 per visit) if you are not paying for the all inclusive package which seems excessive.
