We had a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable; the resort and rooms were clean. We were always able to find something to eat; however that would be the only negative. Sometimes the bread wasn’t fresh, there weren’t always vegetarian options, and the fresh pizza or other popular dishes ran out quickly and weren’t restocked. We also found the activities coordinator Pancho to be disrespectful and rude, he often made jokes that were making fun of guests and had activities where he changed the rules midway as to who would win. The other activity staff were great.

It was just nice. We just wanted a quiet place to relax, no shows and activities needed. Needed a comfy bed, silence and access to rest near the lovely beach. The main restaurant has good points for good food seasoning and provisioning to all. The staff is really kind and friendly.

We booked the specialties restaurant twice by 7 pm. In both cases the food was late, no apologies. For the second time, we did not stay because it was going to be an hour waiting for that dinner covereed in mosquitos in the terrace. The big signs about 'do not reserve sun beds if you are not in the pool' meant nothing, there is a point in the day where people is having a meal in the restaurant and all sunbeds are blocked by hats, bags and stuff. So we could not use the facilities at times. And other customers are so loud! The place could do with some reminders of regulations on respect to other's space and peace.

This is a smaller resort so you were able to meet people. The staff remembers who you are and offer excellent service. It is right on the ocean with plenty of beach seating. Cocktail service wherever you are. I enjoyed the pool exercise classes. This is definitely an excellent place to take your family to or if you are a couple just wanting to enjoy yourselves. The food is absolutely incredible here! Fresh food not institutionalized served frozen. They have two options for specialty restaurants at no additional cost. Our favorite is the Mexican right on the beach.

The property really needs to remodel, especially some of the rooms. We had a king size suite which was amazing.

This is an extremely good value for an all inclusive resort. Food options were actually pretty good. Breakfast buffet was killer. The entire staff was super friendly. Shout out to Kaomi at the front desk for being kind and welcoming, and Ivan out at the beach bar for mixing some mean margaritas. My room was large and clean, the AC worked well. Beach access was easy with plenty of sun chairs and attentive servers.

I don’t really have any complaints considering the price. My room was a little loud due to proximity the pool. No harm done though.

Kid water slides were great. Nice beach area. Massage hut on the beach for good price service was a bonus! Breakfast was delicious. Friendly staff and easy check-in.

Rooms need some work (bathroom faucet broken, smoke detector removed, bar sink smelled like septic due to no p-trap). Smaller resort so limited show and dinner options.

Spacious room, nice staff

The music at the poolside is very loud, it's not a place to unwind. Drinks served are very alcohol focused. Non alcoholic isnt much choice. The shower is hard to operate temperature wise. The buffet for dinner is not much, especially no options for vegetarian and not very healthy. Ate elsewhere a lot. The a la carte restaurant serves a three course menu in 40 mins. The vegetarian option was 3 pieces of ravioli.. Bed mattress too hard for light weights. Damp room. Sometimes smelly.

There was a lot of birds living on the tile roof and they would poop in the pool everyday

The food was decent; alot of variety and fresh fruit and vegetables. We rented a car and appreciated the secure free parking. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is meant to be non-smoking; there were guests smoking in common areas, we feel they need to monitor this more closely. The rooms are very dated; some maintenance is overdue. The rooms are far from sound proof; we heard our neighbours very clearly.

The location is great. The staff is great. We especially liked the children’s center staff, Bere to be specific. She took great care of our kids.

It could be cleaned better. People comment on how it’s dated but that doesn’t matter in my opinion. If you keep it clean the rest doesn’t matter.

Location and food was great

I found since storm in October 2023 it smelled like the ac and room had mold and needed ac cleaned and filters changed Or the dampness from that storm walls were just painted over it! Once we aired out the room it smelled a bit better
