Beautiful and historic, totally unique property with a view of the volcano, such a stunning room with great decor. A couple of very good on-site restaurants, great service. Pool area is beautiful and service is quick and attentive. There’s a marriage of old and new, almost like 2 different properties. They have parking. Super clean, everything worked, bed was comfortable, very quiet, slept super well. A short drive to the town.

The hot tub doesn’t get hot really as it shares water with the pool. It’s more lukewarm. Check-in could be faster but everyone is nice and attentive. Not much going on in immediate area.

The new pool area and the two restaurants we were there for two nights and we never left the hotel as all you needed was there . Yes it is a little expensive but it is a place to pamper yourself.

With all the grass and water we were bitten many times by mosquitos something we never had a problem before this was about our 8 th stay here but the region has had record breaking rainfall lately

Room was clean and spacious. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Although the building we stayed in is part of an old hacienda the other buildings onsite are new or very heavily reconstructed and most of the old buildings are gone, so overall it lacks atmosphere. Reception is not always manned. Did not appreciate being charged extra for two capsules of coffee for the machine in the room, given the room rate.

We have been here about ten times in the past number of years, rooms are always clean, We use the restaurant and have never had a bad meal. Yes it is a little expensive, but if you want to treat someone special for a relaxing time, it's one of the best hotels in Atlixco.

Again the reception staff are not the most friendly, restaurant staff have always been the excellent. Our only complaint this visit was the Pool was very cold normally it is reasonably warm. We had to get out after ten minutes and just lay in the sun instead.

The architecture of this 16-18th century hacienda is absolutely beautiful. The original stone walls and wooden beam cellings transport you to the nostalgia of that era.

The facilities need to be more accommodating to the mobility impaired. I understand that because it is considered a historic site it is protected by INAH, but I feel that this treasure should be enjoyed by all.

The Restaurants and the waiters great food and service. The new pool was warmer then the original one . A nice place to relax for a day or so

Our room number 3 only had a small window so it was dark We had a safe issue the correct code still gave an error msg. We waited over an hour for someone to come and open and reset it

Secluded and beautiful. Lightning at night, staff and quality. Unplanned trip turned into a wonderful experience. We arrived on a Sunday an departed on Tuesday. We were told Fridays and Saturdays are typically booked with weddings or events that get loud, but if you can manage, not always do all rooms get blocked by event attendees.

Everything was great.wish there were more secluded rooms, but were told a new section was planned for May 2024. We’ll be there.

EVERYTHING!!! This hotel is a destination in itself. And it's located is an extroadinary town! The rooms are gorgeous, the grounds are gorgeous, the staff are gorgeous, the service is gorgeous. And the restaurant is scrumptious.

The restaurant staff were Amazing and friendly , the reception staff were ok , efficient but not as warm.when you think they only have to deal with max of 7 rooms booking in, Room one had decent Internet, we stayed in 3 last time and that was intermittent.so that was an Improvement .The pool was clean and you could smell the chlorine so it proves they take the cleaning seriously.

Bathroom door is perfect for a Hobbit, anyone over 160 cm has to bend down to enter, we had to leave the bathroom light on overnight as to make sure when you use it at 2 am you can see how low the doorframe is, when Half asleep.after the first few times of Banging head you soon Learn.

An utterly beautiful property with amazing facilities.

On site restaurants a little hit and miss and very expensive compared to others we visited in atlixco
