My family and I were visiting my son and this is one hotels we stayed at during out visit to Mexico. We loved the rustic style and the whole place was very peaceful and relaxing. There were plenty of places to sit but we particularly loved the little terraces outside each room. Whilst the pool area was small we didn't have any problem with it being too busy. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy with rooms being serviced daily. Food was excellent too and we loved that breakfast was served until late. All the staff were very friendly and attentive too.

Calm and Relaxing! Clean. Wonderful calm music all day. Comfortable beds, shower and gorgeous flowers throughout! Exceptional staff- especially Elizabeth and RobieSpier. (And the maids) We will be back soon!

The pool isn’t set up for anyone with a disablility- it isn’t easy to get in or out. 😥. just wanted you to know. The restaurant food is great- but isn’t open in the evenings on SOME days-so if that is something you need- please check on.

We asked for an early check-in and the staff was very helpful with it, very friendly. The room was great, spacious, great hot shower, welcome snacks in the room, and the hotel premises were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We only stayed for one night but would recommend it. The location is good too, a short taxi ride from the city centre.

The service at Breakfast Buffet and the garden. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The security inside the Hotel.

There's a lack of furniture inside the room. Takes a lot of time for hot water in the Shower. The pool is small, no ladder so it's hard to get out if you are older and the water is cold.

Since the moment we drove into the property, I was impressed. The property is in a residential area, but you wouldn't know it once you're inside. It's like you're transported to a different place. The welcome/reception staff person was friendly, she helped us with parking and walked us to our room. She later provided additional information and assistance we needed. The spa was warm and the shared grass/courtyard area was beautifully kept and even decorated for the season. Hope we can return in the future. I highly recommend Rincon Sagrado for your future stay!

Not being able to stay longer.

The breakfast was good and really big. Clean, beautiful, good ambience. You can spend time out of your room just admiring the hotel.

Would be nicer if ti was a little bit closer to the center, but if you have a car and where to park in the center you can use it and the distance wouldnt be a problem then.

I like the theme it was unique sort of the feeling you living in the early 1900’s.

It is far from the center. Hopefully the government implements lights on the streets.

The food was good and affordable, the room was good and the staff was very helpful. The weather was nice and there was a fan in the room.

They didn't have screen on the windows, the pool is small. They have horses but they need to insulate them, we didn't like the smell. I think the Hotel should be Adults only.

Staff is super helpful and friendly. Place is nice, and very well kept.

Room neighbors were not noisy but sometimes we could hear them.

Everyone is wonderful! Food is great and 5 min drive to Atlixco ZOCOLO.

Entry to pool should have a short handrail placed on brick wall for pool entry.
