I was initially hesitant to book this room due to the misleading reviews but I AM GLAD I still went with my gut and stayed here. I was a solo traveller looking for a peaceful escape. This place was all I was hoping for - Safe, clean, comfy beds, warm showers, AC, reliable wifi and SPECTACULAR views with breathtaking sunrises. The beach is just a few steps away and commuting is super easy as the buses go and come every minute. There is a little pub where you can sit and have a snack with a cold beer while you appreciate the ocean waves. Though the hotel is not luxurious it has all the amenities you'd need for a comfortable, safe and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families and solo travellers.

I wish I could have stayed for longer.

The views from the balcony were amazing, nice swimming pool and great beach bar.

The check-in process was confusing (especially for first-timers in Cancun), as I didn't have wifi or internet when we arrived. The person at the reception was useless and just trying to get extra money to allow us to use the hotel wifi to check in. Took us around half an hour to find the room because the reception didn't want to help. I understand that condos are not a hotel, but I've stayed in others during my time in Cancun, and the hotel staff did help with check-in. Other than this, I actually enjoyed the accommodation.

The apartment has an amazing sea view. A small cozy place. There is a beach just in front of it. It is also 30min walking distance to the Maya ruins and museum, and very close to two supermarkets. The apartment is at the top floor which provides this lovely view of the sea and the sunset.

The facilities and the bathroom are a bit obsolete, but everything was compensa.ted by the view

Room size was nice, so close to the pitch and the fact it had a pool and beach bar. Also right next to the local bus stop. Walking distance too though to anything. Air conditioning and nice bathroom

Hard to find the room initially. Someone's previous rubbish was in the bin and there were chips in the microwave on a plate not sure it had been fully checked by cleaners. Door to the room did not seem to look at all which was concerning

Beautiful view, interesting style, exceptional customer service, clean towels and sheets.

Condo needs more maintenance as there was mold, kitchen sink almost broken, shower curtain was dirty and was hard to move. Some air purifiers would make a difference.

The apartment was in a great location right on the beach with a spectacular view. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, had everything we needed for a self sufficient comfortable stay. Very easy location, buses stop about 100 meters down the road, there is an OXXO and GoMart within walking distance and a covid testing facility about 700meters down the road offers 15min 30USD antigen tests. The beach had umbrellas and sun lounges and the pool was nice and clean. Our host was extremely responsive to our messages and request for a late checkout, and even checked in on us to ensure their was nothing else we needed. We were very sad to leave this accomodation and could definately have stayed longer.

The grounds are getting a little old, but the gardens, pool and beach are kept clean. The hotel staff are a little bit hit and miss with their friendliness and helpfuness, this however is not a reflection of the condo host as they separate to the hotel.

I like the room because of the view of the beach. The view from the third floor was spectacular and you can catch a sunrise from that room as well. The room was spacious for two people and it had full amenities.

The kitchen stove wasn't working properly.

The place is very nice, clean and organized. The host is always available for anything you need. I like that it has a bus stop really close to the Condo and people there are very welcoming and friendly. I am coming back soon with my family this time. Cancún was unique and I want to explore more about it. It is a huge space for a family.

Its right at the beach. A top location for the money. Its a lil far from like the busy area so if you like peaceful places this is the place to go

It wasn’t the cleanest and the water in the shower was kinda harsh for my hair but other then that everything was excellent

Room was amazing, nice view. Room had all we needed. Location was perfect.

We expected the room service and didn't clean it during our whole stay.
