Location, location. I have stayed in several units of Cancun Plaza before. The apartments face the ocean and they are walking distance to Punta Nizuc, my favorite beach in Cancun.

The whole apartment complex is old and in great need of an update. Some little things could help without spending much (a coat of painting in the apartment, new curtains, new bathroom door, more kitchen utensils, etc). Despite these shortcomings, I was very pleased with my stay. The balcony had a million buck view, the owner was responsive to emails. If you are in a budget, but still would like to enjoy a Cancun oceam front view, Cancun Plaza is your best choice.

The view was very beautiful, unfortunately we got caught in the middle of the tropical storm, so it was not possible to enjoy the facilities. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff who were in contact with me via text were great, with good customer service and very understanding in the storm situation, allowing us a late check out. Very helpful when traveling with little kid. We didn't have shampoo, and they addressed the situation very fast as well as batteries for the tv remote control. The bus system is good. They pick you up right outside the property.

I feel the property needs a little bit of work, looks old, and some spots are not too clean. The room could also use a little bit of improvement, furniture wise.

lovely view, nice beach and pool, room was clean, hot water in the shower, people working there were really nice and loved to help, the whole place is save and only people that sleep there get access to the property, David was really helpful, Great and cheap Transfer from the airport

Kitchen equipment: there was only a coffee machine and a microwave (no toaster or pans)

They were amazing! The room was super confortable with AC and it had everything we needed, plus the view from our balcony was beautiful (see photos). The access to the beach was super easy, they have a pool and a bar by the pool too. The lady who welcomed us was super friendly and answered all of our questions & helped us when our flight was canceled. Honestly we loved it there and we probably will come back!

The only thing I didn’t really like was the room cleaning every two days, for sand reasons. Other than that, it was great!

The view is stunning. The pool is nice and the restaurant is not that expensive. The hotel is close to the airport and to go to the city it is possible to use taxi, Uber or even public transport.

The balcony furniture could be changed to a newer one. The room was not cleaned every day.

This location is amazing. I enjoyed the view on the beach and the pool. It is a quiet and beautiful little gem. It's very accessible and not far from Cancun's tourist places. Definitely recommend !!!

It took time to get the key as the room was not ready for check-in we had to wait but there is a comfortable waiting room with wifi in the front.

The view, the location and the beach, the giant pool and the silence enforced by security. Unlike other places that the music is blasting all the time. This is a more relaxed environment with beautiful beach views. The room was dated but clean

The WiFi wasn't working. The safe box wasn't usable asked twice and got it after I was basically on my way out. Tv wasn't working Remote control has batteries attached with electric tape and rusted already. Didn't hqve a do not disturb sign. But the huge window make up for the short comings.

The location is fantastic and everything that is in the listing is detailed and accurate. The staff’s response to questions was quick - we had questions about the wifi and they came over right away to make sure it worked and that everything else was in good order. great value! Not fancy but super clean, nice, and everything in working order.

There is an on-site restaurant but is not great- the employees and the listing warns about this so we were able to get most of our meals near the property (across the street there are great and diverse food options) but it would have been great to have an on-site option for food.

A quick 15min ride away from the airport, convenient if you have to catch a flight the next day. Also it has a nice pool and direct access to the beach. Clean rooms

Wifi is not properly working, a lot of outages, so we reset the router a few times. Also WiFI is not password protected, so fairly unsafe to use.

We booked our stay about 3 hours before we arrived and we were arriving at 2am. The host was very accommodating and helped us out in our situation. It ended up being an amazing stay with gorgeous views and ocean sounds to fall asleep/wake up to.
