Super cute accommodation with a lovely owner. Roberto was very kind and helpful. He got me a great price for airport transportation and always wanted to ensure everything was good for his guests. Roberto upgraded me to a larger room with a really comfortable king bed, which I truly appreciated. The hotel has a pretty outside sitting area in front and a small pool in the back, perfect for relaxing. The area has a mall and grocery store very close by, but there isn't a large selection of restaurants. The wifi was strong...I had to work and had no issues at all. I enjoyed my stay at Villa Sofia...I think you will, too!

Great attention from the beginning as the staff was very helpful and provided us with parking tips and instructions about how to access the building and room as we had a late check in. Cute hotel and room with a nice entrance and backyard. Very comfortable bed!

We had small issues in the beginning with the Internet and hot water but it was fixed very quickly. Small swimming pool which is not very well maintained but we didn't really need to use it. Location is okay, a bit far from the beach area which is expected although not very close to the city either, however, we had a car so it wasn't a problem:).

Clean and modern room in a small hotel with only 8 rooms. There is a small backyard with a pool. The owner was nice, helpful, and responded quickly to questions. It's easy to take a taxi into Cancun center; it took about 10 minutes with Uber. Good value for money.

It was quite noisy at night because the hotel is close to a tivoli that was really loud. The noise stopped at around 12 at night; after that, it was okay. The beds were quite short, about 180 cm in length, so for my tall husband, his feet stuck out of the bed. There wasn't much to do in the area, so this is more of a good value-for-money stay for a night when traveling to or from the airport.

Beautiful Villa. Our room had a 2nd floor balcony overlooking a gorgeous entrance courtyard. We were only 1 short block away from a huge modern grocery store. The villa is located on a quiet no traffic street, only 100 meters from the main road. Only a kilometer away is a parque that is dense with jungle, home to the local animal, Coati, and has lovely wide paved walkways. Free entrance fee.

Not convenient to the beach, if that's what you are looking for.

I had a very good experience from the beginning to the end. Frank contacted me with all the information for the check in before our flight, arranged a taxi for us and gave me lots of recommendations, making my stay in Cancun a lot easier. The apartments couldn't be better located: very close to the centre but far enough to be quiet. Across the road you can change money, get a SIM card and there's a huge supermarket too. The place is very clean, comfortable bed. There's a well equipped kitchen too.

We stayed here only 2 nights at the end of our holidays. We chose this place for being close to the downtown that we wanted to visit after staying in the Cancun hotel zone. There is a bus stop very close and an outlet with many shops, restaurants and a big supermarket. We were looking for Mexican food and found La Parrilla next to the cinema, excellent restaurant! and I could finally try marquesitas in the outlet. The staff is very friendly, it was easy to contact the owner via whatsapp and he helped our taxi driver who couldn't follow correctly the directions (?!). The terrace and swimming pool area are really nice. The shared kitchen is well equipped, it has coffee, tea and filtered water available which is very practical, we didn't need to carry big bottles from the supermarket as we did in other hotels. The WiFi was good.

Very nice staff, somebody's always here to help with the checkin. The common area is always clean. Very nice building.

The rooms are quite small, it's more like a big shared house with all the customers. Far from the beaches and situated in an industrial area.

The room itself as well as the balcony was really nice. In total the accommodation had a really nice Charme.

Unfortunately we had some small black spots on the bed sheets, otherwise it was absolutely nice and clean. You could clearly hear everything which was happening outside of the room (no soundproof). Therefore, especially in the morning it was super loud through people checking out early.

Comfortable, easy to get in, great instructions and information provided. The owner was very responsive and easy to contact via WhatsApp. Close to the ADO station and close to several shops, services and restaurants. Good value for money for Cancun.

Lovely place. The best thing about it is the kitchen. Fully equipped with all cook wear, oven, stove, microwave, fridge. Really nice staff. The grounds were pretty and relaxing, our room (#2) had a sliding door that opened to the pool area, which was lovely at night. There's a giant grocery store (actually it's like a Target, grocery store is just one part of it) right across the street.
