I got room in more quite side of the hotel; it was clean and comfortable; it has a front entrance space with couch, desk and little kitchen utensils (coffee maker, microwave and little fridge only) and shelf; air conditioning good. Victor the maintenance person on the premises is absolutely great, he is the only one who speaks English, and takes care of the pool for the guests when needed; also he fixed the upper lock on my door first day after arrival.

It can be better if they have someone at the Reception that can speak English too, not only Spanish, but is a downtown hotel so you have to be able to speak some Spanish after all.

The staff were excellent and the room was a nice size and included a couch, desk, fridge, microwave and a few dishes. The air conditioning worked well. I loved the fresh smell of the towels and sheets. Mercado 28 is around a 15 min walk away. Breakfast was good and available in the courtyard by the pool.

The hotel is close to a bar which had loud music in the evening. However on our 3rd night we noticed it had been closed down by the government so I'm not sure if that is a temporary closure or permanent.

2 beds and pull out sofa for our family kept my pre teen and teenager happy.The customer service was excellent and the parking super close to the front door. The small pool area has nice lounge chairs. A great hotel to walk to Palapa Park and attend carnaval. Super soft and thick towels and air conditioning that kept us comfortable.

Tge neighborhood is s bit weird, but it wouldn't keep me from staying tbere agsin. There is alsp a bar a few doors down that us loud at night but not too late also nothing to prevent me from staying here in the future.

Clean, close to airport (20 minutes by car), free parking and friendly staff. Good value for what we needed the last night before taking a flight.

Noisy bar nearby that played loud music till 1 a.m. Room a bit run down (couch), but still ok.

Location is good, not right in the center but close to the main road. Room was very spacious and clean, it had a fridge and a microwave even.. It wasa like a a little apartment. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was a Saturday night, so some noise from the parties going on. No fault of the hotel though. The pool didn't look as clean as the pictures so I didn't go in.

For our little family the area was great, the little pool was great for the kids. It was a quick stop so just what we needed.

There is a little kitchenette with bowls and plates, but no cutlery. Some cutlery would be super useful.

Room was spacious and very clean. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Good to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Whilst not an opulent area, the location was fine for us although may not be to others liking. Close to Tulum Ave. A fair distance from the beaches. Enough affordable eating drinking and shopping places locally.

Bed linen was old (although clean). Minor point - Sofa had a tear in it which let the decor down a bit.

- very clean and neat - helpful staff - a quiet pool - water, coffee, plates readily available inside the room - easy to get around by Bus R2 to beach and the hotel zone - supermarket close by

- our room was at the street side (#103), the bar music was extremely noisy at night - the aircon was extremely cold (no matter what temperature you set), so had to be switched off, yet the window in our room can now be opened for air - the upper part of shower head is broken, water splashes above and beyond the sliding glass door making the entire bathroom floor wet - a hazard needs to be fixed

Room was big and comfortable. Location was close to city center and central bus station

The internet was very unstable. The shower pressure was not great.

Staff is awesome!Very nice and helpful,especially the young man at the front desk during nights was very lovely and helpful. The hotel provided a big baby bed which was very helpful and our room was very clean. The cleaning crew is doing an amazing job and we felt very good there. The Hotel itself is also kept very clean. I would definitly stay here again as it was pefect for 3 nights. One of the best value for money deals we ever had. Big department stores are also close by as well as nice cafes and restaurants.

Unfortunately the hitel is close to a open air bar,which plays loud live rock music in the evening until midnight. Depending on the quality of the band it can be disturbing if you want to sleep before midnight. But this is something the hotel cannot influence.
