The host, Ricardo, was the nicest person. The room has everything you need, including real good coffee. They lend you chairs and umbrellas wish will save you a minimum of $500 a day. Close to everything. I recommend it with no reservations.

It’s close to a busy road (the separation from the beach) ca be a little noise. The AC in the under room needs to be replaced.

Staff is friendly, location is good. Short walking distance to everything in downtown including the best mall in cancun. Overall it's a good cheaper option for staying in downtown. Bed is comfy as well!

Hot water for showers worked sometimes. Other times it didn't work at all, other times water got semi warm. The wifi is also very bad, can't do anything on it, we couldn't work at all during our trip as the wifi was like 1mbps litterally the entire time. Seeing we need to work while gone this was a big deal as we couldn't work from the hotel. Outside of these 2 things everything else was great!

Location was great, close to restaurants and malls. Nice room size for 2 adults and 1 child.

Breakfast starts too late (7am). The floor was sticky, only two towels given for 3 guests. Shower drain too slow to drain the water.

Cleaning is not good , I found a cigarette butt, the cable tv was not available, they had a coffe machine but there was no coffee you have to buy it separately, the parking lot is not a private parking lot is just 5 places to park at the front also behind the building you can park but no security at all.

It was quiet (our room faced the inner courtyard and not the busy street on the other side. The bed was comfortable. Large bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Fridge in the room was convenient. Good wifi. Pool area was pleasant to spend a while at while we waited to go to the airport. Our room was bright. There is a mall with multiple food options, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance (though it's a bit difficult to cross the multi-lane streets).

Small things only: The room smelt like mold & chlorine. The little waterfall feature in the pool kept running all night, adding unnecessary noise (or maybe it was some air-conditioning outdoor units/fans/something else). Only a small part of the window opens, so airing the room out was difficult. There is a (filtered) coffee maker but they provide no coffee, also a hot water kettle would be nice and more convenient maybe (for tea/instant coffee).

I liked the location in town. I could rebook another room immediately after my initial booking was cancelled.

The establishment cancelled my booking because we arrived a day late due to a flight cancellation, even though I notified them.

Location was great and the hotel was clean. There was a huge shopping literally across the street where you can find all kinds of restaurants.

We could hear every noise from the next room.

Location is great, really close to a shopping mall and easy to take a bus to the beaches. Room is silent and has a decent size.

Shower is awful, you simply can't use it... water goes everywhere but on you, it needs some serious renovation. If you plan to not take a shower, then great - but if you do, you better find some other place...!

friendly and smooth check in. the location was good for me and only at a 5’ walk from the mall. personal really helpful with whatever questions I had. I needed my laundry to be done, due to communication issue I ended up running to the laundromat but it was closed, it Ryan a friendly lady from the staff did it for me for a very affordable price in less than two hours time I had everything back nicely folded. that was amazing and a personal touch always adds up to how you experience your stay. thank you so much!

I love this place. They are owned by a local family and not a chain. It’s heaven. The staff is super friendly and I feel peace and security when I stay there. I will always stay there when needed. Thanks
