Wow is all I have to say about this apartment. This place has it all, location, modern, comfortable, secure; quiet in the night. Our host Alfredo was available whenever we needed him. Our King Deluxe one bedroom was perfect, beautiful clean washroom, large bedroom with TV, large living room with TV, great kitchen with a large fridge/microwave/two burner gas stove. Great pool and lounge area with tables and chairs as well as sun loungers.

Only bad part is I had to leave to go back home. Not one negative about this place.

We stayed here for about a week and had a fantastic experience. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the R1/R2 bus stops, close to downtown, and near Walmart for convenient shopping. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped, and the daily room cleaning (without even having to request it) was a great touch. It’s also only about a 5-minute drive to the ADO bus station, making it easy to reach airport. The property felt very safe and secure, and the host was extremely responsive. Overall, the price was very reasonable for the quality and amenities offered. Highly recommended!

Weird smell from Shower drainage but NOT significant.

The nice lady who I believe was the property manager was at the door when I arrived, more by accident then any thing else, but that worked out regardless. She was very friendly, but spoke no English at all. I was able to show her the messages I had from Booking.com and was able to get to my room. I downloaded a translation app so I could at least let her know what I was saying. The app didn't do a very good job of translating she was trying to say. No matter, it all worked out and I had a pleasant stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A better way for staff to communicate with non-Spanish speaking people would be appreciated. Trying to find things to watch on the TV was tricky, again because of the language issue. I luckily was able to use the HDMI cable from the satellite system with my laptop and watched TV that way. I received an email from Viento after I checked out, 100% in Spanish that I have no idea in the world what it says, but I guessed it to be telling me there could be extra charges if if the room needed extra cleaning or something. If they want to send this sort of message, it needs to be in English too.

Great location. It's close to downtown yet remains pleasantly quiet. Oxxo and 7/11 supermarkets is 2 minutes walk. Bus stop is about 10 min by walk. Facilities: the room is well-equipped with a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and there are two air conditioners (one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom) that make the stay comfortable. Daily housekeeping also ensures that the room is consistently clean. Check-in process contactless and easy.

The pool is very small and, unfortunately, situated in the shade, which isn’t ideal if you’re hoping to soak up some sun. While the room includes a coffee maker, there’s no kettle available, which can be inconvenient for tea drinkers. I was also disappointed to find that the workspace shown in the photos was missing upon arrival. The shower fluctuated between almost boiling hot and suddenly cold water. This might be manageable for a short term stay like 3-5 days, but over a two-week period, constantly adjusting it became quite frustrating. Lastly, the hotel lacks an elevator, so if you're traveling with heavy suitcases, be prepared to climb several flights of stairs.

I liked the location. It was in a very central location. There were several restaurants within walking distance. There was also a large park nearby. The park looked kind of sketchy because of the graffiti and it wasn't well taken care of. However, every morning there were people walking their dogs and everyone was very friendly. I enjoyed going there every morning.

There was no elevator so I had to take my heavy suitcase three flights up the stairs. It wasn't too bad though. Also, the hot water was inconsistent. When I took a shower it would fluctuate. The wifi was spotty at times.

This cute apartment complex is exactly as described. The location is safe and close to shopping and close to downtown Cancun while still being quiet and comfortable. The hosts were very responsive - though I did not meet them in person - they answered all of my questions quickly and gave clear instructions on how to enter the building (there is an electronic code at the entrance) and also how to exit.

All was good.

The apartment was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The wifi worked well. Loved the garden outside. It was quiet. Plenty of things to do in the neighborhood, including a big shopping mall, cafés and restaurants.

I had an issue with opening the main door to the apartment. It was a struggle to get in. I also couldn't lock the main door from the inside. The pillows were too bulky for me and made it more difficult to fall asleep.

The place is excellent for the value and location. It is my second time . Lots of restaurants walking distance, bus for $1 to go to the beaches.

Best location, bars, restaurants, shopping mall, and more only like few minutes walk.

Great location and beautiful, big, new and clean apartment.

Pool wasn't so clean for swimming. We didn't want to clean the apartment for extra money because we stayed only couple nights. On the other side, they didn't even refill the toilet paper or take the garbage out. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags.
