Connivence to location for medical tourism. Balcony had good view of lagoon. Bar stays open until 5am with blaring music. Can barely hear it in room. Bed is so comfortable. Rooms need to be stocked with enough towels. Staff are so kind. Daniel was the best!!!

Living room furniture is worn. Air conditioner is bedroom is not cool enough.

The pool is stunning, the location is right next to the mall, situated in the hotel zone, and you can reach the beach quite quickly by Uber or bike.

You get an espresso machine but no coffee, so you have to go down to the reception to ask for it. The $100 deposit is only refunded based on a receipt, and there is no minibar or anything in the room to justify the deposit.

We were in a one bedroom suite, so we had a kitchen and a nice large balcony. It was great to be able to make our breakfast in the mornings. We really had a great time, we were able to comfortably work as well as enjoy the pool area. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Also, having the mall right next to us made it so easy for shopping (especially for large jugs of water). And even be able to cart the groceries to the garage hotel entrance. We like staying downtown and it was easy and reasonable to Uber anywhere.

It is downtown and Cancun seems to not have a sound ordinance. There is a music stadium a block away and 6 out of our 9 nights there were events going on, so load music playing until 4am. We just got ear plugs and we’re fine. We actually look forward to coming back and staying there again.

Helps to speak Spanish. I used Google translate..98% only speak Spanish here. Reception people at hotels speak English & Spanish It's connected to the huge mall that also includes an enormous grocery store. There's 2 Starbucks if you like coffee. Since it is 99% Mexican..so is all the food, except Olive Garden & Ihop/Applebee's. They have a small 7-11 type store around the corner, but 97% of snacks are Mexican ( hot & spicy ) But cold brew coffee, juice & lots of yogurt drinks. Most Americans are across the lagoon in the hotel all in - clusives. If you want an authentic trip..you stay on this side of the lagoon. IMPORTANT INFO.. You must pay a $100 cash refundable deposit on the key that works the elevator, private mall entrance and gate to get back on the property. It's separate from the room key. Important.. if you accidentally get locked out of your room with no pass key for the elevator..you can still use it by pressing PB which is the reception desk area. You get sun on the balcony from 8 am until noon. Taxi from airport.. don't pay more than $40 they will try for $50 shared ride..but talk them down to $40 for private ride..and tip driver $4-5 it's a half hour ride. Pool is clean, not too many people used it though..maybe 10 people the entire day.. it's open late

The food/ snacks. Everything is hot & spicy. Also their baked goods may look deliciously sweet..but the dough taste like bread. Though they do have 2 Krispe cream kiosks in the mall. You get a 8 cup coffee maker in the room..but no coffee or creamer/ sugar..you have to buy those. But they offer free coffee daily in the lobby from 10 am till noon..I prefer my coffee 8- 9 am to wake me up so buy the cold brew in glas bottles at the XOXO little market & keep in my frig.. I was on the 10th floor so while the lagoon is visible from maybe the 6th floor..you won't see the ocean/ sea until your higher up.I could see it. If your a light sleeper bring ear plugs. On the weekends thurs-Sun..bar/ dance club just below the hotel on the Malecon bars music till 2am

I really liked that the hotel is located downtown rather than in the hotel zone, though it's still close enough to easily get there if you want. The apartment is spacious and very clean. The view from the balcony was incredible—definitely a highlight. Plus, the direct access to the "Las Americas" shopping mall was super convenient, with a supermarket and plenty of dining options to choose from. I would stay here again.

We weren't sure if there was a regular room cleaning service. We stayed for three nights, and the maid only came on the third day to change the towels and take out the trash. There was no information provided about cleaning services, and we also didn't find any cleaning supplies in the apartment. It was quite windy during our stay, and we could hear the wind whistling through the windows.

Nice room with everything needed, and the shared facilities were good. Being directly above the large shopping centre was really useful for food (plus a cinema). Not too hard to walk to the main road to the hotel zone for buses. Clean and decent value.

The windows provide very little soundproofing and there are a number of nearby bars that have music until very late (4am), so if you are a light sleeper make sure you have earplugs!

I was a little worried after reading the recent reviews but we had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, the bathroom is spacious and the rooftop terrace is great and there’s a gym. We had a lovely man at reception who was so helpful, I think his name was Alfonso (8-10 November).

The cleaning could have been better. When I mentioned this to the receptionist he sent a cleaning person to change the bed covers

Great location Great staff Clean Security was awesome. Omg I wish I could remember his name... Bald head. Older fella, but not elder. Nice AF. He will take care of you. Blessing blessing, blessing he is on your staff.

The heat never seem to really work. It was cooler at night. We didn't really bother to ask for assistance. Maybe the staff could do something about. After asking for extra towels the guy at the front desk was acting like they have a limit on wash clothes they offer. Maybe they do. Luckily the maid doing our room service asked appropriate questions to discover that I'm asking for multiple cloths because it's more than just me in the room.

Convenient for what I had to do.

Extremely loud music playing from the bars and night clubs across the street.till 4:30, 6:00, and once 8am in the morning. Do not stay in suites on the pool side.

The place was exactly what was advertised, I had several interactions with Donna from the front desk she was always polite, courteous and alert, I could not have asked for a better front desk representative. Seriously!! I have to also mention my Housekeeper Marvella she is the best at her job! She was also very friendly and made sure to ask if there was anything else I needed! I LOVE HER! A This was a solid 9.3 /10...

Why 9.3, you may ask, there was a bit of an issue with the internet. Where it kept going in and out. However, when it got too frustrating, guss, who fixed the issue, Donna and her partner " a young guy" not sure the name, but he came, and he helped and I appreciated it.
