Nice swimming pool and clean bed rooms.

You had to ask them to turn back the water on every time you come back home. However, they do put the water back immediately.

We got updated due to broken shower head which was really good. And girls at reception were really friendly, always smiling and greeting.

We actually liked everything.

We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom apartment..it was awesome..Pool area was great..Massage therapist was awesome..staff were very receptive., any requests were quickly addressed!!

Road noise and nearby bar music..You have to ask for a room in the back.If your deaf or a sound sleeper you have no worries.

Literally located in the heart of Cancun’s downtown, lots of restaurants with great food, shopping centers and businesses closed by. Whether you are in for medical or vacation stay, this is your place. (Note: there’s noise but get your self some earplugs and you will be just fine , it’s the downtown , of course there will be noise ) Beautiful decorated, well clean and maintained. The apartments have everything you will need for your stay, just go grocery shopping. The attention and service is amazing, great people! Very nice and welcoming. Would like to add a special thanks to Alberto -MGR , Adrian -head of keys , Maria & Luna- housekeeper, the young hard working maintenance guy and the receptionist team. My staycation was possible thanks to Camila’s help and recommendation.

I appreciated the ideal size of the space for a 3 1/2 – not too big, not too small. The layout is both intriguing and easily manageable, exuding an overall charming quality. The convenience is outstanding, with appliances, restaurants, bars, clubs, parks, pools, shopping malls (like Las Americas), and entertainment all within walking distance. It's fantastic; you practically don't need a car unless you plan to venture beyond Cancun. The bus is easily accessible and safe, especially if you make yourself aware. I genuinely loved it and would undoubtedly return.

You can hear external sounds, but the room's sound system is so loud that it masks any outside noise. If you prefer a quiet environment for sleep, it might not be suitable unless you're a heavy sleeper. Weekends can be particularly noisy, but weekdays are generally quiet.

Staff was very nice, facilties like the shower and pool was very nice, for the price for that area ESPECIALLY that close to hotel zone without the hotel zone pricing was amazing. Shopping centre across the road with many restaurants and cinema, Uber to downtown markets and plazas only £2-£3, bus is around 50p. Felt very safe even when travelling 10pm-11pm back to hotel or out to get food

Only slight complaint was some nights the bar across the road could be loud as had a live mariachi band. Only mentioning but for me personally am a heavy sleeper so didn’t affect me. Use earbuds if need be but besides the hotel was amazing, very very happy with my stay

Location was great, right next to a huge shopping centre. Had a few issues when we checked in but the hotel staff were so friendly and courteous they ended up upgrading us to a 3 bedroom apartment. The staff and management were kind, so helpful and genuinely lovely people. I stayed in 5 different places in two weeks as I travelled around Mexico, this was one I will visit again. The pool was great too, air con throughout, easy access to road, parking, easy access to centre of Cancun by uber (Ubers are about £5 for a 20 minute journey).

The lady at the front desk was amazing. I loved her so much I had to give her a hug before we left. She was so helpful. We ordered pizza for the kids and she assist us by calling and placing the order. Every time we needed something she was there to help with welcoming arms. Thank you Mario for helping me with activities for boat.

I felt like the room could have been a little cleaner. We had ants and some of the towels looked like they needed to be washed. But we order new towels and they were clean.
