It is in a busy area with a huge mall downstairs and plenty of restaurants to enjoy within walking distance . It’s about 10 minutes drive from hotel zone. I traveled solo last minute and it was a perfect stay and location. There are activities like bowling and pool within walking distance as well

I don’t have anything that I didn’t like other than requesting a menu from the restaurant and he brought me one that was greasy on the front . I chose not to dine because If he couldn’t get me a clean menu or wipe it off I felt like I shouldn’t be eating there

The outstanding service of the personnel. Whatever your question, they will all make their best to help you. Everyone smiles and you feel in good hands! Beds are very comfortable, airco is efficient and quiet, and restaurant is open from 6 am till 11 pm. WiFi works everywhere and is fast. Swimming pool on the roof is 20-25m long.

I enjoyed everything although it wasn’t easy to locate at first. Had to stay here for 3 weeks because of a relative at the hospital and I’m glad I was in such good conditions.

The bell boy Manuel was extremely helpful. He gave us directions on how to get to the iconic Cancun sign and public beach, also he assisted us in getting a taxi van that fits our group and luggages! The bed is super comfortable.

I'm a U.S. expat living in Playa del Carmen for 5 years. I was in Cancun for surgery and needed a hotel in close proximity to Hospital Amerimed and my doctor's office in Plaza Azuna. This was the perfect distance. As I was trying to preplan my stay, I had questions about parking, early check-in, and late check-out. I had numerous emails with the hotel floor manager, Carolina Estrada. I found her to be exceptionally helpful. Her replies were prompt and specific. I was very appreciative of her attention to detail. I kept the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and hotel staff honored that request (I left a nice tip on because of that). One of the reasons I chose Fiesta Inn was because they had room service. I ordered food 3 times. Each time, it arrived very promptly, delivered by a friendly staff member, still warm (or cold in the case of the salads). The foods I ordered were the taquitos, enchiladas suiza, ceasar salad, citrus salad, and a cheeseburger. All of them were very tasty.

This is not a "hotel" issue per se, but a logistics issue. Finding the entrance to the hotel from the parking lot is very difficult. The parking lot is extremely large and maze-like. What if the Fiesta Inn had a special sign that was on the walls at the entrances and throughout the parking structure with arrows pointing in the direction of the entrances. Might help. That said, I also didn't realize that I could get dropped off outside Plaza Las Americas, at the Bonampak entrance by Liverpool, and enter the hotel there. That would also be helpful on the website. One last thing, the towels were a little bit old and not fluffy at all. Newer towels would be a nice touch.

I like it was next to a mall, i was able to check in way before check in time. I might was just lucky so dont think you can check in early. Very clean, smells nice in the elevator, check in and rooms. Loved the coffee and water bar next to the elevator on the 6th floor where my room was. Staff was nice and professional, very helpful, some spoke good english and if they only understood a little they made sure to ask their colleague. Helped with my luggage, gave me a tour of the building for the gym and pool. I asked and he was happy to show me around. I always get 2 keys and glad I did because, it controls the light in the room. They didnt mention it at check in but my concierge pointed it out when we got to the room. Hot tub was nice and warm with the Roof top view. It was beautiful. Big screen TV, bed nice and comfy. Pillows were okay, Im not a big pillow person so someone might say they were a little wore down. I didnt eat there so not sure of the quality of food. Stayed 1 night. Would i stay again, Yes but will request the top floor.

The rooms are not soundproof. I kept waking up from they guy in the next room snoring. Seems like he was waking everyone up because someone would thump the wall or hit the floor throughout out the night.

The location is unbeatable: it's right inside Plaza Las Americas, and just a 15 minute walk to the Malecon. The hotel was clean and the cleaning crew left my room shiny and spotless every day. The pool and the gym were fantastic. The water pressure was good and the temperature was perfect.

The room was old, showing some wear and tear. Also there was a day when the water was unavailable for a couple or hours. Other than that, I can't find any faults, really.

Great location in the center of town. Located inside a shopping mall. Friendly, with very clean rooms and priced very reasonably. We had been staying in hotel zone but decided to spend last night in town and honestly wished we would have stayed here instead and saved a lot of money with a lot more to do all around.

Property is clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, it’s in a great location and attached to a mall. Staff were very nice. It had everything I needed for my quick one day stay in Cancun.

Only there for one night before our flight home and this suited us perfectly as we didn't want to travel to/from hotel zone and pay a fortune.
