We had such a lovely stay here. Sadly, we only stayed one night, but it was a really great experience. Isaac, the manager, and the other guys were incredibly kind and helpful, they assisted us with everything we needed. We even had some great conversations about traveling in other countries. The place was very clean, the rooms were spacious and had air conditioning, and the bathroom looked great. If you’re in Cancún, this is a place I totally recommend. It’s located in a residential area, so if you’re traveling by car like us, you can feel confident your car is totally safe at night. Isaac, thank you for the warm welcome, we truly enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 1 night in Humant Coliving and it was really nice. The building is located outside of the city centre but the neighbouring is really beautiful and calm. The Humant Coliving building is really safe with a locker at the entering door The room is comfy and have air conditioning and the bathroom is functional. The hosts are really nice and helpful ! They speak good english and they arranged for us a transportation trough the airport of Cancún during the night. The communication through Whatsapp was really fluent and the links to pay are secured. We recommend this place !

This is essentially a three storey house, so you enter via a patio back door into a living room. With three floors, I had the room up top with the balcony, which was very spacious. The room was large, modern and simply appointed. The air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable. Most importantly, it was very quiet. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee/tea and basic cooking needs.

One short set of stairs up to this room are a tight fit and a bit awkward with bags, so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The shower pressure in the top room was really poor. A bit confusing when I arrived. No previous message about which room, and there's no checkin. I walked into the living room with three people in it and no one acknowledged me. I had to message the property. They need key boxes for each room so you can arrive and do self checkin.

We only stayed a couple of nights at the end of a trip, and the place had a nice atmosphere and everyone was super friendly. The room had all we needed and the shared kitchen was nice to have, especially as I was unwell and couldn't face eating out. It's a bit out of town but only 10-15min walk away from a supermarket and shopping center, and about 20min away from a nice park. It also allowed us not to drive to much in Cancun.

Our room was on the ground floor, next to the stairs, the living room and adjacent to the kitchen, so you can hear people coming and going, and talking in the kitchen. During our stay nobody was particularly loud so it was not an issue.

Extremely nice and comfortable villa to stay in a quite area of Cancun. The staff made us feel very welcome. We were in contact with Isaac, on of the hosts. He was very helpfull in all sorts of ways. The room was very comfortabel and in the shared kitchen the coffee was ready in the morning. For breakfast and diner there are options within walking distance. We stayed here twice during our holiday and we feel part of the humant family now

Nothing really. In general, for a visit to the beach a bus or taxi is necessarry as the distance to the beach area is too far to walk

Everything! Isaac and the owner (who is so low-key that they don't even introduce themselves as the owner) will attend to your every need!! Please don't take advantage of this, because they put the needs of their guests before their own... Every time. They are some of the most selfless people I've ever met in my life!! I don't feel as if I met a manager and an owner. I know that I met two amazing friends! 🙂 We literally hugged when I left town. Just really real people that truly care about your experience!!! AND... Isaac set up some AMAZING tours for me while I was there. Every suggestion Isaac made was spot on with my desired experience.

It was tough traveling back and forth to the strip. But, that was mostly my fault as I didn't check to see where the hotel was in comparison to the hotels on the strip. If I could do something different next time I would not get a rental car, as Humant is more than willing to help you find an alternative means of transportation to the strip. 🙂

We had a fantastic experience at this place in Cancún! The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The place itself is beautifully decorated with great attention to detail and has a very warm, inviting vibe. Everything was spotless and well taken care of. The service was outstanding from start to finish. We truly felt at home and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cancún. We'd definitely stay here again!

Isaac was truly the most welcoming and helpful host. He offered assistance concerning any questions one could possibly have and was very approachable. Booking of the transfer from the airport to the hostel was very easy. The rooms are comfortable and clean, as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. Coffee, tea and fruit is offered for free which is a really nice add-on. Staff overall was super friendly. 100% would recommend and stay here again.

The property is spacious, very clean and off a quiet street. Lovely courtyard to sit and relax. Also plenty of room if you want to cook and have dinner. The rooms are large with a very comfy bed and even a hammock in the room. The shared bath is quite nice. The staff are very helpful and on site if you need anything.

There’s a few stores and restaurants to walk to, but would need a taxi to get too much else if that’s the main goal while staying there.

We weren’t aware that we would have to message the host when arriving at the large gated community in order to gain access to the hostel, we had no data and were locked outside in the rain for 1/2 hour before we managed to contact the host. Would recommend mentioning this in the check in information to ensure guests are aware they must have wifi to enter the property. Otherwise great.
