The rooms are a good size and the beds are large and comfy. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue and check in/check out was pretty smooth. I had the omelette from breakfast which was fresh and tasty and the breakfast option was fairly good. Although if you fancy something other than eggs you might be hard pressed to get anything else. Location is a little on the outsides of town but only a short taxi ride into the centre or you can have a decent walk. I did really like that all the items in the fridge were free of charge.

We did have an issue with the first room - the toilet wouldn't flush (or took a rather long time) and when I took a shower the base of the shower filled up really quickly and we had to deal with a very intense smell of rotten egg omitting from the drain. We told reception and they checked and moved us to another room very quickly and had no further issues.

The room was good, though, I first book a room with a Queen room (because we were 2 people staying) and it turned out that the bed was not Queen size but single. Apparently the size of the beds are smaller, so 2 people do not fit. Fortunately the staff was super generous and kind and could change us to a room with 2 beds. The person in the front desk that was in charge was extremely aware and could do the change of room. Excellent service. The breakfast is perfect, and the pool in the rooftop is nice.

The size of the queen room just fits one person.

Breakfast consisted mainly of several choices of authentic Mexican egg dishes, coffee, and orange juice. Service was sometimes good and sometimes poor. The staff were excellent, especially Marisol and Sebastien, who helped with every question I presented. Many and varied restaurants 4-15 minutes walk. Parque Arqueológico across the street provides shaded walks and a colony of curious coati!

Serving breakfast promptly at the times advertised, 7-10 am. Twice I had tours scheduled that required me to leave the hotel at 8 am. No one to be found for breakfast at 7 am, not even coffee. The "pool" and rooftop are useless. "Pool" barely as big as a hot tub, and not hot!

Rooms were comfortable if small, staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was very good. We just needed a last minute hotel in Cancun at the end of our trip and it worked fine, but it's not a tourist hotel with amenities.

Rooms were small but it was only a minor issue because we were repacking luggage for our trip home and there wasn't enough space. Larger rooms were available and recommended if you want a little more space. The "pool" is a hot tub on the roof, so that was a bit disappointing. The elevator couldn't be called from the second floor, but you can take the stairs to the bottom and take it up to the upper floors when you're moving luggage. This would not work for wheelchair users, with no ground floor rooms.

Personal was very nice to us and very helpful - Miguel £ Ruby are so sweet! location is amazing, shops and restaurants are walking distance, even mercado 28. Bed was very comfortable too, we had a great night sleep.

Pool on the roof needs some attention and cleaning. Curtains in the roof had holes in them which were painted over, not sure why?

Affordable, clean and nice place to stay. They had breakfast included and it was good to have as first meal. Not many options but decent enough. They have a gym though I didnt use it.

The location is a bit away from most of the things you would like to see. However, you can get taxi easily.

5 star hotel customer attention, reception, manager, and cleaning lady went out of their way finding a quieter room, gave me an upgrade with no extra charge, bed was comfortable, clean, had balcony, complimentary breakfast was a standard restaurant order with different kinds of egg combinations, waitress was nice, it was very nice to see their cleaning ladies were well taken care of having restaurant prepared meals chatting and laughing, had gym and small pool though I didn’t use, big supermarket nearby with cafeteria, short ride to Plaza America

was looking for a room not boing white the picture looked light yellow paid more than what I would normally pay but it was white, only the lighting, little over priced for a simple style room. hairdryer had been removed, loud kitchen fan noise in the back where my room originally was from another restaurant downstairs, a building getting a new floor to the side, a nice little park to the other side but weren’t many rooms facing that direction, except supermarket not much around, far from town and beach, didn’t see where the park entrance was

Modern hotel with parking and well-located in a good neighborhood that's away from the chaos of the Hotel Zone and the garish gringos that stay there. The rooms are a decent size. The breakfast was very good, big portions, and authentic Mexican food!

Improved signage near the hotel would help guests find the hotel. It's located on a curve, and hard to see as you approach in a car. Also, Google Maps shows the address to be in the wrong place, by a few blocks.

The location was very good! Unfortunately the city has became super expensive, and things such transport and food are high everywhere. Yet, the hotel manage to keep good quality at a good price. Moreover, the staff was extremly kind and helpful and were there to support me in different requests and challenges I had during my trip.

Overall the hotel was great. Except for the gym, quite small, and the elements inside are a little bit old. But if you don't come to the gym, you shouldn't have any problem at all in this place. Of course, the hotel has also no access to the beach, but that is clear from the beginning, so it cant be criticised by it.

Overall this hotel is good, great location.

The Hotel over charged me room rate, I talked to the checkout staff on next day but she cannot do anything. I should only pay room fee $105.21 from my booking.com reservation, but Hotel has extra transaction $104.99 and $117.64. I don't know why and I hope the hotel could fix it as soon as possible.
