Very good location, shops very close by . Staff where very good, the manager was incredible , as we didn’t speak Spanish & would take time typing on google translate , Carmen spoke fluent English, she was able guide us with everything we required from food places, excursions & travel. I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much as we did if it wasn’t for her

Very small rooms, basic, we did not expect too much. This is a hotel for an overnight stay. For business or work. We encountered issues with our room lock during our whole stay, which was a bit inconvenient, and the hotel maintenance staff was unable to correct them. At the end, we just managed it

It was a great location next to the biggest shopping center. Also, morning breakfast is good. Additionally, we can have a coffee any time we want which I love it! Free ice cube machine is also super useful.

There are not enough tables and chairs, especially morning breakfast time. It was difficult to have a table since it was a busy morning rush.

Excellent stay at Marriott Cancun. Cozy room with window, hot water in the shower, good wifi, Air conditioner, great breakfast, great location. We enjoyed everything inside and outside the hotel. They went beyond to make our stay special by decorating the room for our anniversary celebration. Will definitely recommend.

Excellent location, near to the mall Plaza Las Americas. The place Aldo has swimming pool and breakfast included. Also 1 ride (in a mini bus which belongs to the hotel) per day to a distance no longer than 5 km. Excellent and helpful staff.

The hotel and rooms are clean. But it could be much better. Bathrooms and pool need a deeper cleanness. Breakfast is not that tasteful but since it is included within the price is not bad. It would be great if there was more variety in food.

The A/C in the room was not working well and it was too noisy. It does not have a safe box.

Located next to Oxxo and a mall. Just stayed here for a night, no particular expectation. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast but the breakfast area got too crowded with too many people without masks.

Wifi was very feeble in the room. The staff were friendly but spoke little English, so get ready with the Google translate app if you don't speak spanish. Tried to inquire about tours but no success. Staff in City Express (neighboring hotel) spoke English but didn't have information either. Far from any particular attraction or commute point, but close enough for reasonably priced taxi ride to bus and collectivo stations. Staff told me I could take 2 buses to the beach.
