I came for dental work and this hotel was right accross from my dental office. It is a budget hotel for sure when compared to other places I have stayed in Cancun but it was VERY clean and safe.

My wife tried to bring a beer in (bought next door at the store) and security made her pour it out. We thought that was strange but we understand rules are rules and they have a no exception policy with alcohol of any kind.

Everything was super clean, the service was great, the people attended everything properly and the relation between price and quality exceeded all my family expectations.

We were moved to another room because the door of one room was failing, but we were not notified about that, so in an initial point of time we thought we were robbed. It was a misunderstanding that can be avoided with proper communication.

The comfy bed, & very clean room.

Not much choice of food for breakfast, mostly sugary dry cereal, no eggs or cheese or whole wheat bread. And no kettle to make tea (plus no tea bags in sight, as promised). And very far from the city's restaurants. Would have needed to take a bus.

Very close to the Plaza las Americas. OXXO was right next door. Pool area was fantastic. Staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was cheap croissant rolls and coffee/juice. NO liquor allowed on the property... who does that?

Staff was kind and tentative, hotel is in a great location, room was clean and updated as well as the rest of the hotel.

Liked everything, but do wear earplugs as it is located in a central avenue, lots traffic noise.

We stayed here for 1 night before we flew home after a 2 week holiday around Yucatan. It was a good location, close to the ADO bus terminal and the airport was only 20 mins in a taxi. There was great restaurants around the hotel where we had dinner and breakfast. There is also a nearby shopping mall. The hotel itself is very clean and has all you need. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, just 10 to 15 minutes on a bus R1 or R2 from Cocobongo and from Embarcadero which takes you to diffent tours including Isla Mujeres. A close by mall that has all short of shops, from food to clothing stores. You can also by tour tickets here. A car and bike hire just around the corner and restaurants and clubs 5 minutes walk. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable, all staff was always very helpful and would go out the way to help if needed. I definatelly recommend this hotel. Excellent! Everything was simply great!

it was super clean and big room compared to the price . location was good as i wanted to be at the downtown to feel safe and there was a bus stop 2 mins walking from the hotel that takes you to hotel zone that has everything

the accommodation and the personal were amazing it was clean the receptionists helped all the time there is a breakfast but only cereals and buns if you are paying in pesos by your card - the currency is good

the location - you should go to the bus stop for 10 minutes and 15 min to the beach but it was ok for me
