room very small, we were 3 persons, and there were just 2 towels...when I asked for 2 more, they ask me to let them my ID on reception, That never happened to me before! taxi supposedly direct from hotel and that was not like that, and so expensive, 500 pesos and i ask the price for an regular taxi and the cost 300 pesos...uncomfortable mattress and pillows.

The young man at check in was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags as we arrived a few hours before check in. The beds were comfy and the hotel and room were clean. Excellent value for money and we would stay there again.

We asked for a wakeup call and taxi booking for a very early flight. Unfortunately this wasnt done and we had to arrange a taxi in the morning however staff did this for us. Free bkfst was included with our stay but we left very early. It would have been nice to have been given perhaps a juice and muffin.

The breakfast is good and the employees are nice. And the service is so good. They make our beds every day.

The place may be good for people who will join a tour or rent a car. The traffic in Cancun is bad, especially downtown. Hard to find a bus. We walked for 1 hour after we took R1 from the hotel zoon and got downtown. The room is not so big.

Quiet, safe hotel.

Need a car. Restaurants can be walking distance, but at night streets are poorly lit and across a 4 lane highway. For those that like to drink it is a alcohol free hotel. Didn't bother us as we were only there to sleep.

rooms were really clean, friendly staff, easy to find, very good breakfast, worth the stay if you can get it for a good price,

plug ins hard to access, and only on one side of the bed. Pillows could be a bit better, if staying longer than a day the room is on the small side

I had to use the card for turning on lights but I couldn't see in the room when I opened door

Hotel was in good location but it is actually not close to any amenities, there is a hospital and have to walk 15 min to a wall mart express. Breakfast was always same. No kettle for tea or coffee.
