EVERYTHING! I’ve been to playa many times because I have friends here. I’ve always stayed with close friends when I visit but this time I need to get away for the weekend. So last minute I bought a plane ticket and found Singular Dream. The pictures looked good but sometimes pictures lie. When I arrived I was amazed at how beautiful everything was. My suite was amazing. My view was breathtaking. The rooftop pool, bar and spa was Fantastic. Singular Dream is not a hotel but offers everything and more than a hotel. I am definitely going to stay here when I come back in a few weeks. I can’t forget the staff. They were very kind and professional. The bar tender as well GREAT GUY. 10 STARS!!!

I didn’t like that I was only here for 2 days. This place was so great I kicked myself that I should have stayed longer. THERES NOTHING BAD ABOUT DREAMS. ITS BEAUTIFUL, SAFE AND LESS THAN A BLOCK FROM THE BEACH. The pics I attached are the view from my suite and the roof

This is a brand new property in PDC. We love this location! It is 2 blocks away from Calle 38, where we usually stay and love. The beach is an easy 3 min walk and to an area that still has a beach, which is becoming harder to find in PDC. No worries though, as this property has an awesome rooftop pool with exceptional views. Plenty of lounge chairs and pools with varying temperatures. Around noon, the music turns on and the bartender shows up. The music is exactly what you want to listen (poolside vibes), not annoying, no matter your age, and perfect volume. Our apartment (presidential suite) was the perfect size for the 2 of us. We especially loved our huge outdoor balcony with views of the ocean. The condo/apartment is located near 2 beach clubs, but if you have your doors closed at night, you won't hear the music. Our host, Erika, was exceptional! Anything we needed, she was there for us. Will definitely come back again. One note, there are a lot of steps to climb to get into the complex. If you can't climb steps, you can go around the corner to the parking garage, where there is an elevator. This is not obvious when your taxi drops you off and there is no signage to let you know this. If you don't want to hike your luggage up and down the stairs, use the parking garage elevator.

Loved everything. This is a brand new building, so there is still some construction during the day. Due to the wind, the rooftop pool didn't have any umbrella's out during the day, but there are still plenty of shady spots that you can move to when you can't take the sun any longer.

The front desk, employees and cleaners were all top notch. Can't say anything bad about them, most had fairly fluent English and the cleanings were regular and well done.

There are 3 big issues with this place 1: the WiFi is basically useless, in and out constantly and there was not way to fix it . 2: the shower would only get hot on- off, sometimes it'd be just fine, other times we had to wait for showers hours after we planned because it was either cold or lukewarm. 3: it's far from city center, no big deal for up, we walked, but if you're expecting it to be close to all the action it can be a bit far, but the taxis are cheap enough to cover for that.

Someone turned our water off in the middle of the day and we were left wondering what happened. We were told we will have housekeeping and towels provided daily, but only had the apartment cleaned and towels provided once. The internet wasn’t working since day 1, and we had to repeatedly ask the reception to fix it and once the staff member told us to go and complain the management about it, not the reception.

The location is excellent. This unit, B104, had a sliver of an ocean view over the trees from a lovely spacious terrace with very comfortable furniture. Comfortable furnishings, wonderful rooftop amenities, great parking. It was nice and quiet.

No privacy on the terrace. Drain on the terrace was clogged so we had rain and a pond formed in front of the doors, so you had to walk through water to go outside. The large tv in the living room was broken, but we did use the smaller one in the bedroom. Not enough hangers. Not enough bath towels and no face cloths or hand towels. The shower temperature could not be set to a comfortable temperature, it was either scalding hot or cold. The unit wasn't very clean on our arrival: there was trash left under the sink, there was food splatter on the furniture and mirror in the living room. No blender. Only one key was frustrating with two people.

Everything. The apartment was very spacious and well furnished and well equipped. The daily cleaning service has been a plus. The communication with the owner very smooth, he also agreed in giving us a late check out and as a last minute request from our side. The facilities of the building are amazing, in particular the rooftop with the 3 swimming pools, the gym and the restaurant where we had several breakfasts and launches: great food at very honest price. The location is superb, walking distance from the beach and from the center.

Beautiful clean property, that's just a 2 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. You get the best of both worlds at this hotel, it's a condo hotel, so you get a full flat with a kitchen, but also cleaning service included. Hotel staff were always so friendly and helpful! The pools are beautiful with a gorgeous view, there are 3 of them and one is heated which I found amazing and used it more than the others. There was construction in the nearby lots, and as soon as you close the doors you don't hear a beep, very sound proof which I loved.

I wish there were coffee pods for the coffee machine and some salt and pepper available, but that's it, it didn't end up being a big deal, I just grabbed these items from the convenience store nearby.

Great location and nice clean space. Beautiful rooftop pool, kind people at the front desk, and the owner of our unit was really kind and quick to resolve issues. It's a 2 minute walk from the beach and near some good restos.The only thing people should note is that it's a 40ish minute walk to where you catch collectivos, but we didn't mind at all.

Overall we had a great stay (and would likely stay here again). We had an issue with our key; however, the owner (Erika) was super responsive and quick to resolve it. Gracias Erika :)

Perfect! The location is amazing! 1 block from a beautiful beach. 3 blocks from 5th ave. There is a 7-11 for essentials 2 blocks away and several restaurants in 1 minute walking distance. There is also food available on the rooftop. Also the host was AMAZING! I thought I booked an ocean view room, I did not. Even though it was my mistake, the host Erica showed up in person and upgraded my room so that I could have an ocean view. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. The room was beautiful, everything is brand new. There was a television with Netflix. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe. I will absolutely stay here again.

This facility as all the others that I have stayed at in Mexico does not provide face towels, so make sure to pack your own. A small thing, but I wanted to mention so future travelers can be prepared. 10/10, I recommend this property.

Plenty of sun lounges. The complimentary daily cleaning was like in a hotel. Nice to have a sea view from the balcony (the superior suite).

Water dripping from the bedroom ceiling during heavy rain (stayed in the superior suite). The kitchen is sparsely equipped so do not expect to do serious cooking.
