Basic building, but perfect location for beech, and 5 minutes walk into the centre. Had a suite with views of the beech. We never bothered cooking, as the local restaurants were such good value, but there is a good supermarket in the town, 10 minutes walk, should you wish to. Staff were excellent. Lots of nearby restaurants, cafes. Some very good. Puerto Morelos looks a bit scruffy around the edges, but it's a really good place to stay. Seems very safe. Spoke to plenty of Canadians, who overwinter there year in year out, who consider it's the best place on that section of coast.

Short walk to the beach. Great staff. Comfortable couch Cute little pool, but only 3 people can sit in the shade.

Stiff uncomfortable bed, poor quality supplies and kitchen basics. Needs much upgrading to justify the room rates

What a lovely little gem! This apartment is at the quiet end of town, but it was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, and very easy access to the beach. Our apartment was very spacious and very clean- no bugs at all. The staff were so helpful and friendly; they always had a ready smile. Loved the convenient off-street parking (there was also plenty of parking on the street). They provided 2, 5-gallon jugs of water. A very quiet, comfortable stay- would definitely return.

yes, the showers drained slowly, but we could deal with that.

Corales Suites is one corner away from the beach and a lovely beachclub where you can reserve chairs and umbrellas online. It is just 10 minutes from the zocalo, a plethora of restaurants, cornerstores, pharmacies and a large grocery store (SuperChercaui). The rooms and sheets were clean, we had everything needed to cook, a large clean fridge, etc. The personnel is extremely attentive to our needs.

The only thing that was missing in our opinion is a toaster. We were a family of 7 and it was hard to get by, especially for breakfast, without a toaster.

Proximity to the beach and the size of the apartment were on point.

I have read many reviews, and mostly, the complaints are super picky. My only notes were that the sofa was super short (felt child size), and outside, we only had 1 chair at the back. But realistically, we could have asked to fix this. it just didn't seem a big enough problem to care about

Great location right next to the beach where you can find some nice breakfast places. Walkable distance - over the beach or on the road - to the restaurants and town center. We had a 2BR apartment. Bed rooms were big, A/C did its work, bath rooms were functioning, kitchen had everything it needed. Please notice that Puerto Morelos is not for the party-goer, but for those who like a relaxing holiday at the beach. Only 20 minutes drive from Cancun airport.

The master bedroom should really have blackout curtains. As others also say, the (flood)lights of the neighbours light up the master bedroom all night long. Also we would have appreciated a few bottles of water, as we arrived late in the evening with no open shops nearby.

Spacious apartment, AC and ceiling fan in the bedroom. Good location, 1/2 block sway from the beach, in a residential area a short 5 to 15 walk away (even closer with rented bikes) along the main street filled with restaurants and shops (the street is also closed off to car traffic on the weekends). The pool is a nice amenity, especially after a long day.

The only oddity is that staff is onsite only 9a-5p. If checking in after 5p, you will need to go a block away to the sister location.

We had issues with a serious rainstorm that led to an exterior door banging all night and a couple of exterior doors being stuck closed. When it was brought to there attention it was fixed and no other issues

Close to beach, and restaurants. It is clean and quiet. Staff were amazing!! And a good price.

No sitting area in this unit Last time we had a couch and chairs to sit with friends in morning and have coffee. Hot water ran out quite quick a couple of times.

Loved the location, so close to the beach, and slightly away from the hustle bustle of town. It was still close enough to walk to the town for food, etc. We also loved the space for our family of 6- having two full bathrooms and privacy of two bedrooms was really nice. The back patio was nice too. We appreciated that we could check out (for a $10 deposit) beach towels (and chairs, but they were gone when we asked). The pool was small but enjoyable. The office was kind enough to store our luggage after check out until it was time for our shuttle. We appreciated the big bottle (with pump) of filtered water to drink.

The shower didn't have very good pressure for washing my hair after a beach day. Housekeeping is not everyday, so be aware Enjoyed the beach-chill vibes
