The location was great, just steps from the beach. Beautiful room, nice shower, warm water, multiple beds perfect for our family. There were plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Beach towels included. We also had a mini fridge in our room.

The beds were pretty hard and the pillows were lumpy. There are 2 hotels with the same name and they have little to no signage or information on which is which. Hard to find. We gave the address we were provided to our shuttle driver and it was not the correct location.

Actually, the manager went above and beyond for me and my friend. I didn’t know that my friend couldn’t get up and down stairs, I booked a 3rd floor room. It was still high season and what a problem this caused for the staff. Hopefully, I over tipped for all the issues. I can’t remember if his name was Frederick or Fernando… I actually live in Puerto Morelos and stay at your beautiful place when I have company.

My friend is extremely large and one of the rooms we were in was so small, she couldn’t even get in the shower. I truly do not have one complaint. I just need to find better friends!

I come to PM one or two times a year. Sometimes with my husband, sometimes with friends, sometimes with a group. We love this hotel because it is a great value. You cannot beat the location! It's on the beach, it's super close to the town square. We get decent sized rooms (most with a balcony, ground floor still has cute little patios onto the beach). There's A/C that cools off your room pretty quickly (don't forget to turn it off when you aren't in the room!). The beach club/bar restaurant is the perfect place to kill an hour after checkout until it's time to go to the airport. We come here because it's a great place to leave our stuff, it's a great place to shower off and sleep at the end of the day, and because it is close and convenient to everything we want to do.

As in most of Mexico, be prepared for firm beds. It feels like a slightly older hotel. Don't come here expecting a 5-star, luxurious experience. I am pretty sure there's no room safes - which doesn't bother us but might be something you look for. We don't come to Mexico to spend time in our rooms, so it's perfect for us.

I love the location near the beach and the beach club

I think the hotel needs to do a better job about letting people know that a reservation is needed at the beach club during high season. As I sit there, I watch people show up all day mad at the servers that they can’t get a place to sit. I know there’s a sign or two, but they need to be more prominent, and maybe when people check in remind them about getting a reservation.

The staff was exceptionally helpful & friendly. Fernando immediately contacted me to check if I needed a taxi to the hotel. Jesús was a delight to speak with. I loved the beach access. I was looking for a peaceful place to stay to relax & recover from a long week & this was the perfect place for what I needed. I love the sounds of the birds, the waves crashing along the beach, & the sweet smell of salt air.

It is a bit of an older building so it does need some updating & they’re clearly working on it because there is construction going on during the day. It may be noisy for some. It didn’t detract from my experience.

Amazing location with on beach club. Room was large and clean. Great breakfast. Great value for money.

The bathroom plumbing fittings needed urgent replacement - shower head only had a few jets remaining working and sink tap squirted water outside sink.

Great location - next to beach with free use of loungers!!!! The swimming pool is clean and big!!!! The staff are friendly and helpful. Location is close to everything in Puerto Morelos!!!!

There is very little light in the room. The refrigerator was unbalanced and easy to fall. The shower is a bit dangerous for elderly people.

I didn't have breakfast with my reservation, but the location was great, I really enjoy to wake up and walk 5 to 10 steps to be at the beach. Also Restaurant staff was great and friendly. I had a bad experience with one of the servers during the day, but besides her all the staff were great persons

The pool was nice however it needs more attention. The first night of our stay someone was drinking and let beer bottles and some more trash around the pool and until our last day the bottles still there. But the most important at the restaurant one of the team members(Estafania who calls herself Stephany) needs more training on customer service as she is more inclined to attend Americans that any other race and the differences that she makes are really noticeable and that gives really bad impression on the restaurant. Luckily I was there the night before and was able to meet other members who were really friendly and respectful people

Right on the beach. Very walkable to town. Shampoo, soap, conditioner provided. Good housekeeping. Beach restaurant was good.

Not enough beach loungers and mats were dirty. No hangers or drawers in room. No kettle or glass in the room. Not enough plugs. No drinking water and safe was not attached to the wall.

Can’t go wrong with the location. It’s on the beach with its own beach club. It’s within walking distance to restaurants and the main plaza.

I’ve stayed here many times and I know not to expect luxury. The property is run down. On the side of the property there’s a bunch of junk. I think if they put a little investment into updating the place it would be a more desirable option.
