Very nice modern condo, wonderful view of the beach, nice balcony, good AC in bedroom, screens on sliding door and windows, and close to lots of restaurants. Great cross breeze kept the unit very comfortable even on hot days. They supplied beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels, which were great to have.

A new hotel is being built next door, and the construction noise was sometimes very loud. The direct path they used to have to the beach has been blocked off, and now you have to go a little further n or s to access the beach. This was only a minor inconvenience though.

From the moment that I arrived ,I met señorita Alba who was the most welcoming and helpful individual. My check in was flawless and I was in the condo apartment in 3 minutes. Miss Alba and her staff took the time to help me with everything , I was able to sit back relax and enjoy myself. The people at Vela's oceanfront condo were amazing , They were the most welcoming and helpful people that I've ever met on vacation ... Not only would I recommend anyone to go and stay there, But I plan on returning in the next few months and I've already talked with Miss Alba about this. In closing this review I would truly recommend this location to anybody traveling to Puerto Morales whether a couple or a family this is a perfect place to stay walking distance through the town. Just far enough away from Town center and feet from the ocean down a beautiful path lined with palms and flowers, to one of the most breathtaking views of the ocean as you walk down the path and out onto the beach and into the water.... Honestly , There was nothing that I did not like.... Truthfully I can't say enough wonderful things about my stay there in this beautiful little village right on the water with the second largest barrier reef in the world yards off the beach. Philip F.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Morelos! We had an ocean view for the week and it was fabulous! The beach was just steps away. The condo included enough kitchen utensils and appliances. The two showers helped so much with our family. The receptionists were very kind and helpful.

Our couch was very uncomfortable and even slightly broken. And when the receptionists leave for the day, you don't have options for help. Other than those two issues, our stay was perfect! Indeed, when traveling to countries like Mexico, our family does not expect that all things will run like they do in the US. We are happy to be flexible with things like an uncomfortable couch and limited time frames for assistance.

Literally one minute to the beach. There are beach chairs and umbrellas freely available. Our apartment had a lovely balcony with sea view which was great for morning coffee. The beds are really comfortable, which is very important to us, and there is air conditioning in all rooms. The kitchen is pretty well equipped so we were able to eat in a couple of times. It is about 10 minutes walk into the square either down the street or along the beach. There are lots of restaurants within a few minutes walk.

Very little. The apartment isn’t as sparkling and new as in the photos it is comfortable and clean and there is everything you need.

Puerto Morales is a lovely little town with everything we needed - nice restaurants nearby, grocery store and a nice beach. We used Vela's bikes to get around one afternoon. The little plunge pool was nice in the shade. Sandra and Alba were so helpful when we booked our tour through Vela's. They made sure we got to the correct place and fixed a problem with payment too.

We had a nice apartment but the sofa was not comfortable to sit on and a coffee table is needed. The bed was comfortable. We didn't cook anything but took advantage of the full size refrigerator, blender and coffee maker.

It was on the beachfront and a short walk to restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms was very handy. We felt very safe

At the moment construction next door - this is noisy during the day - also there was limited hot water but that was ok

The property was clean, updated everything. The host Alba was there for our every need. This is the best property we have stayed at in Puerto Morelos! Ange our housekeeper kept our room spotless!

Outstanding location, 10 mins walk to anything you want or need, far enough to avoid the louder night spots. Girls at the front desk were incredibly helpful. "Ocean view" means absolutely wonderful view of the sunrise over the Caribbean every morning. Two direct walking paths to the beach, no shoes required. Kitchenwares are sufficient for simple meals, BYO oil and seasonings. AC units are great, was only using 1 of the 3.

Music from Paradise beach club next door is audible from 10a-7p, but never overwhelming or annoying. The room was a bit shabby and run-down compared to the pics, but clean and much more than acceptable. If you want a 5-star, pay for a 5-star.

Great location and great staff. Alba helped us check in early and check out late. This condo had everything my wife and I needed. They provided nice beach chairs and an umbrella. Though we didn’t use the bicycles they looked very comfortable to ride.

The pool is in an interior courtyard. Is fine for kids to play, but not suitable for lounging. Construction next door had some noise impact.
