Nice people at front desk and at front security. Nice little dog walk area. Easy on/off highway. Good hot shower with good pressure . Good coffee in the morning.

Check in was torture, but it may have been Booking.com to blame. Despite having all my info they could not find our reservation. Fortunately there were rooms available and they gave us our rooms at the price I had agreed to online.

Electric vehicle charging is a great feature, I stayed here primarily because of this.

Location is close to the Centro, so it’s good but everything else is horrible. We only chose this hotel because it was closer to what we needed but ultimately regretted staying here.

The air conditioning took forever to finally cool down the room and when it did, it was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. When we pointed this out to the front desk around 11:30pm, we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep, instead of offering a solution they kept trying to blame it on us. It’s late and all we wanted was sleep but it took them 20 minutes to get a comparable room and then when they did the lock at the top was broken. It seems the whole hotel needs a lot of maintenance but it’s overlooked. When we finally got a room that was secure and the same was what we paid for, they helped us move the bags and said they would compensate with free breakfast. Morning comes around and we go for our free breakfast, well let me just say it was not worth it! Food was cold, mushy and the only thing worth eating was the waffles. Even the bread they gave us was so hard and stale, really not worth it. Then to top it off, the restaurant has no clue what we were talking about in regards to free breakfast as compensation for a horrible room, the innocent worker had to run around to 3 different people before it was figured out. Overall not worth it, the food sucks, customer service is sub par, rooms are okay at best and forget trying to call front desk for help, half the time it just rings with no answer.

They say it is a pet friendly hotel, but it is NOT. It si just a dog friendly hotel. When I called to confirm my reservation, they said My EMOTIONAL SUPPORT CAT was NOT ALLOWED.
