Great location in Hermosillo on our way to the U.S. We especially appreciated the secured, guarded parking since we were traveling with a loaded car and a bike rack full of bikes. The room was very spacious, with a king-sized bed, a fridge, a table with chairs, TV, etc.

We had a problem with the shower: the handle broke and we couldn’t shut it off. But we called the receptionist, and they sent a maintenance person almost immediately. Later, they also sent a maid to clean up the water mess in the bathroom. We asked for a room on the ground floor next to the guard (so he could watch our stuff), but this location was noisy with people passing by talking in very loud voices.

Room was big and had everything we needed. AC worked wonderful and it had a big TV. This is pet friendly hotel and we had no issues with that. Bed were very comfortable and bathrooms were big and with good water pressure. The pool was also very nice. It had a bar pool side so you could order something while at the pool. They have a normal size pool and then a small one for kids. Talking to some other guests, they recommended the food at their restaurant, but we didn't get a chance to go as we left, very early in the morning. The people at the main desk were very nice and helpfull. Check in was quick, and check out was even quicker. They also have some complemetary coffee at the main desk. They are all about safety and security. They provide you with a parking label for your car and give you wrist bands to use that gives you access to the pool.

The only issue we had was that the water wasn't draining quick enough when taking a shower. Water ended up going out of the shower and going into the rest of the bathroom. Not a huge deal since we called the front desk, explained the situation and within 3-5 minutes, we had the maintenance guy at our door fixing the shower drain.

The booking was fast. We got a room right away. We paid $500 pesos to have our 2 pets. The pool area is nice and chill. I love the Ibiza mixes they put on YouTube while o swim or lounge. I called for room service 2 times. Food was ready in 25 min and delicious. Beds are comfortable. The shower is roomy.

There is no green areas to take pets for their business only sintethic grass and on high areas.

We love the ease of access to the property, the feeling of solitude despite its proximity to the highway, and the cute bar in the pool area.

We wish the pool was warmer! Other than that, we love it.

Everything was amazing. The staff, the food, the room was super clean.

The only thing I’ll say, is the WiFi didn’t connect to my phone to utilize.

We stayed here on our way back to the States. It’s very busy - roads, highways, traffic - all around, but was a little slice of heaven when we were on the property. Love the little bar by the pool!

Everything was good.

Handy location, good secure parking, food on premises, rooms comfy, very good staff, decent wifi,

minor things -lack of electrical plugs, none near the bed, noise as people chatted & partied in the exterior till 2 AM, some fixtures and appurtenances old and dated, but relatively minor - could easily be updated, slightly pricey

The staff was very helpful. One woman at the front desk in particular, and I don't remember her name. I think it was Myeza. She granted all of my requests with a smile. She deserves a pay raise.

The pool can be very noisy with children. I wish they would close the pool at a certain time at night.

Breakfast was ok the food taste wasn't the greatest food was cold .

Change up the food more variety breakfast had the usual but wasn't good. Dinner i went to the Italian buffet but didn't have the Italian taste at all the ravioli was the good thats about it

So nice to be able to park right in front of our room. The landscaping is very nice and there is an attractive pool and bar in the center of the complex. Rooms were large and clean and comfortable.

It was all great except the restaurant is nothing special. Food was not good and restaurant had NO ambience. When I go back I will try to find another dinner alternative. I notice other guests were ordering fast food takeout or delivery.
