Very nice hotel located with beach front on both sides, good views from most rooms. Nice pool and hot pool and many areas that you can get away from others and relax.

There is a restaurant with limited hours and no alcohol is served. The biggest concern is a 1,500 peso or $80 USD Security Deposit due upon arrival in cash or Credit Card. They say it could be several days before it is re-credited to my card. However this is a common fraudulent scam with other Mexican Beach hotels, they don't refund it even if you ask or beg. The charge is still showing as a Pending on my card, so we will see if they are honest. I will keep you posted. I AM PLEASED THEY REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT ON MY CREDIT. A GOOD PLACE TO STAY. THANK YOU

The view from the hotel is incredible, the rooms are spacious and clean, the kitchenette is well equipped and the beds are comfortable.We absolutely loved the pool area and the porch, our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. There's a grocery store a short drive away and a few restaurants, access to the secure parking was easy. Highly recommended!

Nothing! it was a wonderful stay.

There was a very nice grill area where on a second stay now that we have the knowledge may me used . The room was spacious, could have used a pair of sitting chairs or love seat/sofa? The pool was nice and clean.

Restaurant was not very beach/vacation accommodating. Not much more than a room with windows to look out. No bar in the restaurant, only just outside the front door entrance. Open air dining with some type of theme, not just tables and chairs in a room with a view. There was NO ACCESS to a BEACH area; only a rocky entrance to the water with no available sand for sitting or accessing the water.

expensive bar drinks, novice bartender, stick to beers - luggage cart's path is difficult

Staff is The Best. Every question was answered, any problems we had were immediately solved and they gave great suggestions for places to go. Friendly, efficient, respectful and always polite. Pool is good, restaurant is fair (it isn't completely reopened due to fire a few years ago and Covid) but the staff there was great. Beach...awesome. Beautiful views.

A little too noisy on some weekends. People were really having fun though!

All rooms with balcony and beautiful view of the Sea of Cortez. Very clean and spacious with full size refrigerator, cooktop, coffee maker and all the utensils for quick meals. It's always a bonus to have a restaurant on site and this restaurant had great staff, beautiful views and OK food. Nice pool area with bar. Access to the rocky beach for some snorkeling. Great value for the price!

Beautiful views, excellent facilities. Will be back again.

Only downfall was that there wasn’t an onsite fitness center.

Everything was great but the mattress on the beds were very hard other than that everything was awesome

The pool was heated and the jacuzzi was working all day. The place was very clean and the staff was very nice and approachable. The restaurant had delicious food at a great price and we really like having the grills available to cook if we wanted it.

There is nothing we didn't like. Looking forward to go back and would recommend this place to our family and friends.
