The hotel is really beautiful. It has a nice swimming pool, beautiful garden, a convenient restaurant attached and the staff is very accommodating. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The bathroom was small, but worked well. There is a private parking lot.

The location isn’t attractive. It is the main road, it’s like the periphery of a big city.

We drive down from Arizona, US to Mazatlan, Mexico We take two days driving, this hotel is in the prefect spot for us to stay the night. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. The rooms are always cleaned to my standard. It is also fantastic that you take pets. My dog loves it there, after being in the car all day, he enjoys his walks, while on his leash. Thank you 😊

The breakfast was incredible, including made-to-order entrees and very friendly staff. Excellent food and surroundings.

Great location and have stayed there several times.

Impressive facility, English-speaking night desk clerk was terrific --- he worked hard to fix our inability to connect to the Internet (turned out, the problem lay not with the hotel, but its ISP, probably Telmex, which was down for several days).

We were practically the only guests on a Sunday yet we were given a room lacking a functioning heater and the shower was lukewarm at best (also drained very s-l-o-w-l-y). Room was a little shabby, surprising in such a nice looking hotel.

Staff was helpful with parking. Food delivered to room very good.

Hotel was very hard to find. Our reservation was with "Armida Express". There is no sign for Armida express, it is an offshoot of Chubb Hotel, which did have a sign, but it wasn't what we were looking for. The roads in Guymas are very confusing. It took an hour to find the hotel.

I did not know there was a breakfast. I wasn't told

The TV wasn't working then it was hard to open the door with the card.

Towels were tattered, floor not very clean, room not cleaned the second day, tv not working and promised repair was not made. Seven Lala refrigerated trucks were parked outside and ran all night (drivers were staying in hotel).

Nothing. Tried to scam us! Price more than doubled from.what we booked at booking.com. so we cancelled and stayed elsewhere.

Price went from.1080 mxn to 2400 mxn. Stories for why the price more than doubled kept changing. Male at front desk refused to honor the price so we went elsewhere as this was obviously an attempt to scam us. We never stayed at this hotel, we cancelled and went elsewhere. Strongly suggest you not stay at this location as they would not honor our reservation and more than doubled the price.
