Location, Friendly and helpful staff such as Laura T., my vehicle was safe thanks to proper security, also both property well maintained as well as the in pool area.

The water pressure and temperature is a bit challenging in the shower. Coldest Jacuzzi that Ihave been to also jets bubbles never did work.. Also for the price of an entire week a balcony and more of a kitchen would have been better than just a microwave and small coffee maker.

San Carlos was amazing! The condo is in a great spot at the end of town near the marina, was great for walking around. A little far from the town itself, but there are buses that will get you there. The condo was large and clean and had great light through the patio door.

It was very quiet, close to the beach, excellent view, loved the room.

My mom wanted a fan and more lights in the room, but for me they were fine. Second floor not very accessible for an elder person.

There weren’t enough cushions for the wooden pool chairs and trying to relax on them without the cushion is highly uncomfortable.

It was very clean. Good location and very private. Best of all it was that I found every thing I needed for my stay. Excellent coffee, bathroom supplies, all I needed to cook.

Nicely decorated and a perfect view of the Mar de Cortez.

It's not anything we didn't like but a suggestion. Have written instructions in English & Spanish to connect with the tv and stove function. We had to have the office people come and in a few seconds showed us what to do. With instructions, no problem.

Excellent location, kind of a private beach and close to restaurants and bars (no walking distance tho). The view from the bed was amazing, the condo itself is really good, the bed was really comfy

just a few parking spots were paved, at least for the building I was staying on.

Excellent view and very nice weather. It was clean and the sheets were comfortable.

You need to upgrade shower and kitchen faucet. There was not enough pressure in the kitchen faucet

Everything but what I loved the most was the view from the balcony in my room.

I didn't like that the cleaning ladies thought I lost a towel that they didn't even put in my room in the first place.
