The continental breakfast was more than enough food. The staff performed in a friendly and professional manner. The hotel was close to restaurants. The restaurant within the hotel had a good variety of choices/

The parking area could be more adequate. The cars were too close to each other. Somewhat difficult to enter the garage. Had to go up stairs to enter the pool. This is difficult for people with knee problems.

I like the fact that the hotel is new and clean. The beds are great cause I really hate to rent a house or stay in an old hotel with very old beds. Pets friendly is a plus.

1. No body watching the parking space, limited space in the roof are and some cars parks in two spaces. 2. They do offer free breakfast but it takes for ever, they only have two waitresses... not a good service. 3. When I booked I was never asked if I was taking a pet, so at the time to register they did charge me $500.00 pesos, that was a rip off cause I only spend one night and I was carrying my bog's bed and the food.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was quiet and comfortable, the room was big and clean. The restaurant on-site provided room service which I very much enjoyed. It is a very short stroll down to the marina with access to restaurants, there is also a market close by as well. The provided parking felt very safe.

Nice, newer hotel in the heart of the Puebla Magica San Carlos, Carlos Carlos, Sonora. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very nice continental breakfast. Outstanding, helpful staff. Wonderful in-house restaurant and amenities, including the roof-top pool and bar. Would book again!

The restaurant is very nice, the staff is very kind, the breakfast included is only bread, waffles, fruit, coffee and tea, not bad for a small eater.

The a la carte restaurant is very slow service, even for the coffee and took a long time to get the food. It's good but your better not be too hungry.

Love this hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the balcony suite and it was spacious and clean. We loved the rooftop bar and the restaurant inside the hotel. Would recommend!

The pool could use some maintenance, some tiles were falling off. Also the shade in the rooftop should be pulled out as soon as the sun is up

The place exceeded our expectations. The room was impeccable ant it includes all the amenities you might need, the linen was clean; everything is in mint condition. We would totally come back.

The fridge was leaking water and in the bathroom there is no place to hang clothes or anything at all, the shower floor was super slippery and there is no bathroom handles 😒
