It was wonderful to have a balcony with a view of the grounds including pools, lounging areas, outdoor bar with grass roof and music plus partial view of the bay. Room service was quick and easy except I wasn't able to charge to my room and had to go take my credit card down to the bar. Pesos would have been better. Bed was comfortable. Room had a microwave and small refrigerator. Daily cleaning/refreshing service. Walkable location provided access to restaurants, shops and marina.

Would have appreciated a comfortable reading chair or sofa.

We never ate breakfast there we went across the street. We did eat and drink at the bar which was ok, not great or special. When we were at the pool someone came by to get us a drink which was very nice. The staff was excellent. Very very nice people. I was really happy that they gave us new water bottles everyday without charging extra.

I only speak and know English so I was very dissappointed that I couldn't change the tv to English speaking or even English subtitles. The price would have been fine if they were right off the ocean, but other facilities that were off the ocean were less expensive. They were all booked up which is why I chose Sawari.

The hotel was clean, quiet, but probably due to the low season, the hotel location is one the best I've been, near to everything.

The only think that I didn't like is that, the receptionist never answered my call, I had to walk to reception to ask for a towel that they didn't include in my room, and I never received it.

Guests above me were playing instruments and singing too loud. Staff moved me but new room didn’t have any lamps at the desk nor at the bedside. No one could find on yet the hotel was half empty.

Everything was great. The staff was very respectful and friendly. I was very impressed by how clean they kept the property.

During the summer you should turn off the heater to the pool. It would have been nice if the pool water wasn't so warm.

I thought the customer service from Benny , Laurie and Norma Was excellent!

Tuesday the 15th there was construction work going on which made it unbearable to sleep in my room. When pointing this out to management I requested to leave early with one day credit. They informed me this was not duable and apologized for the inconvenience.

I loved it...the room was great the AC never let us down. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very nice. Location was good, we can walk around and right across the street there's restaurant & a OXOX. The Night time in the pool area is a great place to relax and order dinner, beer or just a snack. If I'm ever in San Carlos I'll choose Best Western Plus again.

Nothing much I dislike from this stay. Maybe a better transportation plan. But there's always Uber & the bus. No big deal.

The hotel is very clean and well appointed. Good location with secure parking. While it is 5 years old it seems brand new. Mini splits in each room and ceiling fans. Great bar and pool area.

Breakfast not so good, staff did not handle plates with care. He was not using the mask right, he was just covering his mouth and not his nose.

Room service took too long to give us dinner to our room. We found out later the front desk staff did not report it to the cafeteria as expected and until we called later. A lady tried to open our door saying that room was assigned to them as well. A very scary moment since her key did work on it. I called reception who gave us a new key. Very disappointing ⁿ
