Breakfast staff location everything excellent.

When I checked in this day a few hours later I received a message from Priceline to extend my stay. Once this happened when I came down to lobby next day reception could not find my reservation. I had already paid confirmation # was given to hotel staff. My reservation no where to be found . I called Priceline and I kept getting transferred back and forth. They would send an email to hotel but that was not sufficient they wanted to see reservation in their hotel computer. I ended up having to leave home early canceling my Labor Day vacation. There were no other rooms available at any hotel . We were in the lobby and on the phone with Priceline from 11 am to 4;30 pm. I don’t think I will ever use priceincw again. This ruined my trip so ridiculous!!!!

It was a great place to stay overnight as our first stop on our way to Mazatlan. Friendly staff, a bar, secure rooms (a little on the small side), clean, easy and free parking, restaurant available at the hotel but also a few nearby to walk to (literally 2 minutes away). I liked that I didn't have to interact with the city if I chose not to and that everything I needed was right there. It was right off the main highway, which was also extremely convenient for our trip specifically. I would stay here again for sure.

We booked this hotel partially because of the pool and it was out of order when we arrived. I did not ask for a discount, but also, none was offered. I think if a major hotel amenity is unavailable, it should be reflected in the cost.

Not your typical multi-chain hotel, quite unique Mexican style, well run and very popular with the locals, which is always a good sign. Location spot-on, lots around to keep you busy.

No outside pool, would have enjoyed a pina colada by the pool enjoying the sunshine

I appreciate how clean the property is and how kind and respectful the staff are. The food is excellent—you get more than your money’s worth. The rooms are comfortable, with soft beds and pillows, making it an ideal spot for a weekend getaway

the place was nice and clean and the pool was nice and the gym also.

the gym equipment needs to be maintained and kept in running order. one or the treadmill the band would slip and the person could fall, On one of the bikes the pedal did not work well and it was grinding.

It was clean. The staff was nice.

No breakfast was included. I had to pay additional money for it. The breakfast should have been included in the price of the hotel. The room was smaller then anticipated. The pool was freezing...not heated like I was told...did not get to enjoy swimming.

the pool was closed due to people getting hurt at the pool and the shower in my room was clogged so the water spilled all over the bathroom.

Staff very professional and Friendly. Location very convenient for travelers through the border. comfort: Bed and facility clean and quiet.

Phone in Room didn't work. Lamps in nightstand didn't work either.

They didn’t have our rooms ready till, 4:30pm… And they didn’t really care. No sense of urgency, didn’t apologize
